How To make Lamb Chops and Peaches with Lime Sauce
1 cn Peach halves (29 oz)
1 c Peach syrup
1/2 c Lime juice
1/2 t Grated lime peel
1 t Ground ginger
6 ea Lamb loin -OR-
1 x 12 rip chops, cut 1-inch thi
1 x Salt
1 x Pepper
Drain peaches, reserving syrup. In small saucepan, combine syrup with lime juice, peel and ginger. Heat thoroughly. Sprinkle lamb with salt and pepper. Broil 3 to 4 inches from source of heat 5 to 7 minutes per side, brushing frequently with lime sauce. Broil peach halves 5 minutes, basting with lime sauce. ∙ 3 cans of canned peaches (with syrup)
∙ 5 Habanero peppers
∙ Salt and pepper
∙ 1 onion
∙ 1 head of Garlic ( 12 cloves)
∙ 1 cup peach jam
∙ 1 cup white vinegar
∙ ½ teaspoon Allspice
∙ 1 teaspoon cinnamon
∙ Canola oil
