How To make Italian Cheese Bread
2 c Milk
2 tb Sugar
1 1/2 ts Salt
2 Dry yeast
2 c Warm water
8 c Flour; sifted (8 to 10)
1 c Provolone cheese; freshly
-grated 2 tb Butter; melted
2 cl Garlic; crushed
4 tb Parmesan cheese; coarsely
-grated Combine the milk, sugar and salt in a small saucepan and heat until lukewarm. Dissolve the yeast in a large bowl. When the yeast is bubbly, stir in the milk mixture. Add about 5 cups flour and the provolone and stir to blend well. Beat in enough of the remaining flour to make a soft dough. On a floured board, knead until smooth and elastic. Grease a large bowl and set the dough in it, turning to grease the top. Let rise iin a warm, draft-free place until doubled in bulk, about 1 hour. Combine the melted butter with the crushed garlic and brush the mixture inside two 10 in. round baking pans. Punch dough down and knead 1 minute, then divide dough in half. Divide each half into 7 equal pieces. Line the rim of one greased baking pan with 6 of the pieces and place the remaining piece in the center. Repeat to fill remaining baking pan. Let rise again until doubled in bulk, about 45 minutes. Brush tops with water and sprinkle with parmesan. Bake in a 375 F oven for 45 minutes, or until done. -----

You will need:
1 can pizza dough
1 1/2 cups Italian blend shredded cheese
3 tablespoons butter
1 clove garlic (grated)
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning blend
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Spay a half sheet pan with non-stick spray. Spread pizza dough evenly over the pan. Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups shredded Italian cheese over the pizza dough. Bake for 10 - 13 minutes or until the bread is done, and the cheese begins to brown.
While the cheese sticks are cooking heat together 3 tablespoons of butter and 1 clove of garlic in the microwave for about 30 seconds. When the breadsticks are out of the oven brush butter over the breadsticks. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning blend. Cut into pieces and enjoy.

2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
heaping tablespoon of Italian seasoning
heaping teaspoon of parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
shredded mozzarella cheese or whatever cheese you like????

bake for about 12mins

3 tbsp. of melted butter or Olive Oil
1-2 cups of mozzarella cheese
Italian Seasoning
Pizza dipping sauce optional- $1 Dollar Tree
Preheat oven on 325 for 10 minutes, place in oven for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven lightly coat with melt butter or olive oil apply cheese, place it back in your oven for an additional 10 minutes.
Allow the cheese to melt , remove from oven coat with butter or olive oil, sprinkle Italian seasoning, add additional oil topping if desired.
