4 oz Slice Rump Steak 3 tb Teriyaki Sauce 2 Spring Onions w/ 3" of stalk PREPARE IN ADVANCE: Cut onions in half lengthwise, the cut into 4" pieces. Place the steak between sheets of greasproof paper and pound into 1/8" thickness. Cut the steaks in half crosswise. Arrange the strip of onions down the length of each piece of meat. Starting with the wide end, roll into tight cylinders. Secure with toothpicks. TO COOK: Preheat grill. Dip rolls in Teriaki sauce and grill them 3" from heat for 3 minutes. Dip again in sauce and grill for another 3 minutes. Remove toothpicks, trim ends, and cut into 1" pieces. Stand each piece on end.

(For the sauce) 1 tbsp Hamadaya Japanese Oyster Essence Sauce ½ tbsp Hamadaya Japanese Soy Sauce ½ tbsp Brown sugar 1 tsp Ginger juice 4 tbsp Water

Method: 1. Remove bottom stems of enoki mushrooms, split into 8 portions. Add enoki on beef slice then roll tightly. 2. Preheat cooking oil in a pan over medium low heat. Pan fry enoki beef rolls. Remove and set aside. 3. Combine all sauce ingredients. Mix well. 4. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add in sauce mixture. Boil until sauce thickens. 5. Drizzle sauce on enoki beef rolls. Garnish with spring onions. Serve hot.

Recipe:
Step 1 - Assemble the beef rolls. Roll the beef around the Korean perilla, chives, and spring onions, fairly tight. Make about 6 beef rolls.
Step 2 - In a pan with heated oil, fry the beef rolls for about 2 to 3 minutes per side.
Prepare the super tasty sauce (As instructed in the Buchimgae seafood pancakes video.)
Plate the beef rolls.
