When working on a flatter stomach, carbs and fat need to be in control. Incoming Deviled Chicken Breast’s... I will have a meal or two in the day that will be only protein and veggies. Then my carb meals will be during breakfast and before my workout, sometimes after as well. Fat will be added to the meals keeping some meals less than 5grams of fat (in this case) and then other meals no more than 15grams of fat (~1/2 avocado). Notice that my carb and fat consumption is in control, not removed. Thanks for the recipe suggestion @suddenlysoura ????
