Ingredients

2 kg beef with bones
Oil 1/2 cup
Pepper corns 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon sticks 2
Cardamom 6
Bay leaves 3
Cloves 10
Onion chopped 2 pcs medium
Ginger and garlic 2 tbsp
Dry lemon 4 pcs
Kashmiri chilli powder 1.5 tsp
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Tomato puree 2 medium
salt to taste
Hot water 1.5 litres
Cover and cook for 30 mins beef become soft
Basmati rice 3 cup (Soaked before 30 mins)
Hot water as required

Creamy Black Pepper Prawn Masala | Tasty Indian Food - Su's Cookbook
Creamy Black Pepper Prawn Masala RECIPE:
Ingredients :
600gm tiger prawns
(cleaned, de-veined, partially shelled)
200ml full cream evaporated milk
2 large onions (diced)
10 Cherry tomatoes
5-6 sprig of curry leaves
2 heaped tbsp Black pepper (coarsely crushed)
2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsp meat curry powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp coriander powder
½ tsp cumin powder
Cardamom powder
Clove powder (optional)
Salt to taste
Oil and water
Dry spices:
2-3 Bay leaves
1 Cinnamon stick
2-3 Cardamom pods (crushed)
2 Star anise
3-4 Cloves
½ tsp Fennel seeds
For garnishing :
Handful of fresh coriander & mint leaves
Additional cherry tomatoes
4-5 red & green chilli padi
Method:
1. Heat up oil in wok on medium low flame.
2. Add in the dry spices. Once it starts to crackle, add in the onion and curry leaves. Saute till fragrant.
3. Then add in some of the crushed pepper, mix and then the prawns. Stir well.
4. Now add in the ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, cumin and coriander powder. Mix well.
5. Put in the cherry tomatoes now. Add in some oil (2 tbsp). Saute in the oil until the raw smell goes away.Then add in the meat curry powder and mix well.
6. Add in the evaporated milk and about 100-150 ml water. Sprinkle some clove powder and allow it to cook for about 10 minutes.
7. When it starts to boil, remove all the bay leaves. The gravy will begin to thicken, so now you may add in the remaining black pepper powder and salt.
8. The oil will also begin to separate. .
9. Add in all the garnishing ingredients, simmer for 2-3 minutes and turn off the flame. Serve hot with steam rice or chapati. :)
P/S: For vegetarians, replace the prawns with either fried tofu or paneer.

Street Food in Turkey - Today I will take you on an Insane street food tour in Istanbul where we gonna eat a whole lamb BBQ and some of the best Turkish street food in Turkey.
To start our Insane street food tour in Istanbul, Turkey, we went to Polesan Catering where they cook food for 6,000 people per day.
After that, we went to a restaurant I've been wanting to visit for a very long time to try its delicious food.
Moving on with our street food tour in Istanbul, Turkey, we went to the famous Selim Usta restaurant to watch him make his insane Çiğ köfte.
The following day, we went to the oldest Buryan kebab restaurant in Turkey to eat a 130-year-old Buryan kebab which is one of my favourite Turkish foods.
To end our street food tour in Istanbul, Turkey, we went to Lamb Heaven, a place where they cook a whole lamb BBQ.
