How To make Crab Tetrazzini
2 c Fettucine; cook
drain
1/2 ts Dried Sweet Basil :
: crumble 3 TB Butter
1 cn Crab meat (6oz)
2 c Mushrooms sliced
1 TB Flour
1/2 ts Garlic salt
3/4 c Chicken broth
1/3 c Green onion :
sliced
1/4 c White wine dry
1/3 c Parsley; fresh :
minced
1/4 c Parmesan cheese -- grated
Place fettucine in a greased 1-quart casserole. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in large skillet; saute mushrooms in butter until just tender. Add garlic salt, green onion, parsley and basil to mushrooms; saute 1 minute. Spoon mixture over fettucine. Drain crab meat; arrange on vegetables. Melt remaining butter in skillet; blend in flour. Gradually add chicken broth; cook, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened. Blend in wine. Add cheese; cook until cheese melts. Spoon sauce over crab; bake in preheated 400~ oven 15 to 20 minutes. Recipe By : -----

Chicken Tetrazzini! (Easy casserole recipe)
Finally the Chicken Tetrazzini recipe you have all been waiting for (maybe). But here is my take on a chicken tet' recipe. I kind of just made this from memory but it could definitely be improved with either more cream or sauce or something. Basically I wasn't entirely satisfied with the way this one turned out but hey, whatever :) That's what cooking's about! Practicing, adapting and refining each time until it's perfect!

We need:
1 ounce butter
8 ounce cooked linguini
20 medium shrimp (cooked)
1 cup crab meat (cooked)
1 cup mushrooms
3 cups heavy cream
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
1 ounce minced garlic
2 ounce olive oil
1/4 cup grated parmesan
Directions:
1. In a skillet, saute over medium heat, butter, olive oil, salt, pepper, red pepper and garlic for a minute.
2. Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
3. Add cream and bring to a boil, add the parmesan cheese and cook for about 5 minutes or until desired thickness of the sauce is achieved.
4. Add cooked shrimp and crab meat. Stir, stir.
5. Add cooked noodles and serve!

Turkey Tetrazzini Madeira MUKBANG + Recipe! | Turkey Noodle Casserole
Today, we're making the perfect winter food: a casserole. And not just any casserole, this is a holiday food leftovers casserole. Basically, the perfect food to grace your post-holiday table. I've never made this before, so used The NY Times recipe and made some substitutions -- didn't add curry powder or peas, added some goat cheese, used madeira instead of white wine and chicken instead of turkey. I know, why didn't I call it chicken tetrazzini? Because that's not the name. lol It's close enough. I also used bone broth instead of stock for a bunch more protein! Recipe below!
