How To make Choco Peanut Butter Dream Cookies
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
firmly packed
1 cup peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
3/4 cup butter or margarine
1/3 cup water
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups Quaker Oats (quick or old fashioned) :
uncooked
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
4 teaspoons vegetable shortening
1/3 cup chopped peanuts
Heat oven to 350. Beat together brown sugar, peanut butter and butter, until light and fluffy. Blend in water, egg and vanilla; add combined dry ingredients; mix well. Shape dough into 1" balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet; flatten to 1/4" thickenss with bottom of glass dipped in sugar. Bake 8 - 10 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Remove to wire rack, cook completely.
In a heavy saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate pieces and vegetable shortening; stir until mixture is melted and smooth. Top each cookie with 1/2 teaspoon melted chocolate; sprinkle with chopped nuts. Chill until set. Store in an airtight container. Makes 6 dozen.

XL Bakery Style Peanut Butter Cookies
These thick peanut butter cookies are XL Bakery Style and full of peanut butter chips - they're a peanut butter lovers dream cookie recipe!

INGREDIENTS
1 cup (226g) unsalted butter softened
1 ½ cups (401g) peanut butter
1 ½ cups (300g) packed brown sugar
½ cup (100g) granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons (27ml) milk
¼ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
3 ½ cups (434g) all purpose flour
1 package (about 1 ⅔ cups) Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips
1 ½ cups chopped peanuts , optional
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment or a silpat baking mats.
Cream butter, peanut butter, and both sugars in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, about 2-3 minutes. Add eggs, vanilla, milk, baking soda, and salt and mix until combined. Slowly add flour and mix until dough just comes together. Stir in Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips and nuts.
Scoop ¼ cupfuls of dough and place on a cookies sheet at least 4-inches apart. Use a fork to press the cookies down with a criss-cross pattern.
Bake 15-18 minutes until the bottoms start to become light golden and the cookies are no longer glossy in the center.. Cool about 5 minutes and then remove from cookie sheets.
You can make these smaller (1 or 2 tablespoon size) and baking time will be less, about 7-10 minutes. Recipe can also be cut in half for fewer cookies, or doubled for more.
Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to one month.

***Today im sharing a super delicious double chocolate chip peanut butter cookie recipe! Satisfy your chocolate craving a healthier way! Hope You Enjoy!! ***
Here's what's you'll need below:
????Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cup of Oat Flour
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
1/3 Cup Vegan Butter
3/4 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
1/2 Tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
2 Tbsp Flax Meal
3 Tbsp Cacao Powder
1/4 Cup Natural Peanut Butter
2-3 Tbsp Vanilla Extract (or use to your liking)
1 Tbsp Almond Extract (Optional)
3-4 Tbsp Plant Base Milk of Your Choice I used Vanilla Almond (use as much as needed) for the proper cookie dough texture
1/4 Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
Vegan Chocolate Chips (I used the whole bag of Nestle Vegan Chocolate Chips) Use as much as you like
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
After making cookie dough, refrigerate for 30mins- 1Hour
After refrigerating place on parchment paper, bake for 10-12mins depending on your oven.
**Keep in mind these are double chocolate chip so it may be a little harder to tell if they're over baked, make sure to keep your eye on them, and remove from oven when the center is still A LITTLE soft!**

1 Package of Reese’s Cookie Dough
12 mini Reese’s Cups
24 Reese’s Pieces
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 1
Combine 2 of the pieces of cookie dough together to make a larger amount of dough. Then flatten it out
Step 2
Place a mini cup in the middle and then fold in the cookie dough to completely cover it in the dough
Step 3
Place 6 Reese’s Pieces on top and then place them on a baking tray. Put the tray in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes
