Cactus Chili No. 2982 Yields 6 Servings 2 Cans Stewed Tomatoes 2 Cloves Garlic, Chopped 2 Cans Red Beans, Drained 1 Dash Salt 1 Can Tomato Sauce 2 Lb Lean Ground Beef 1/4 Cup White Wine 1 1/2 Tbls Chile Powder 1 Medium Onion, Chopped Brown the meat along with the onion and garlic. Drain off the fat. Combine all the ingredients in the slow cooker. Mix thoroughly. Cook on low for 7 to 8 hours.
