Braised oxtail,alongside creamy mashed potatoes
FALL OFF THE BONE OXTAIL | OXTAIL RECIPE || FRUGALLYT
Welcome back to my channel. Today I’ll be showing you how I make these fall off the bone oxtails.
INGREDIENTS: (Season Oxtail)
2-3 lb Oxtail
Salt to taste
1-2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp green seasoning
1 tsp ground all spice
1 tbsp ginger sliced
Fresh thyme
1 tsp browning (can use soy sauce)
OTHER INGREDIENTS:
Sliced onion
Green onion
Pimento pepper(seasoning pepper)
1 scotch bonnet pepper
2 garlic cloves
Bay leaves
1 chicken bouillon cube
4-6 cups of hot water
2-3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp vegetable oil

Total cook time was 2 1/2 hrs

This is just a short video showing you guys one of many ways I like to cook oxtail.
Ingredients:3 packages of oxtail, mixed bell peppers, onions, minced garlic,all purpose flour, vegetable oil, 2 packages of vegetable medley, mash potatoes, salt, pepper, Cajun seasoning, onion powder, thyme, chicken broth, butter, browning seasoning.

Ingredients:
Pepper jack Mac n cheese plus recipe link:
8 oz elbow macaroni
5-6 oz Velveeta Queso cheese
8 oz pepper jack cheese
8oz half and half
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup pepper jack cheese ( topping)
** seasoned macaroni with 1 tsp chicken bullion
4 lbs oxtails
1 lemon/lime (for cleaning)
1 med tomato
1 med yellow onion
2 green onion
fresh thyme (to desired taste)
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
1 scotch bonnet pepper (either slice or leave whole)
1/2 tsp ginger paste (or tsp fresh ginger or powder)
1 tbs garlic paste (or 3 garlic cloves)
1 tbs ketchup
1 tsp allspice
2-3 tbs Worcestershire sauce (or soy sauce)
browning & seasoning sauce (as desired
2 bay leaves ( optional)
oxtail seasoning (or all purpose seasoning to desired taste)
200 ml can Coconut milk (optional because coconut milk is not typical in an oxtail recipe)
(or just simply 400 ml water )
2 cups water (may need more)
vegetable oil (or olive)
Jerk Chicken:
12 whole wings split
1 Med onion
4 sprigs of thyme
2 scotch bonnet peppers ( this makes for mild heat)
Juice from 2 whole limes
2 tbs soy sauce
2 tbs olive oil
4 clove garlic
2 tbs parsley ( I used freeze dried parsley flakes)
2 tbs brown sugar
1 tbs cinnamon
1 tbs all spice
1 tbs paprika
1 tbs dried thyme
3-4 dried bay leaves
1 tbs kosher salt
2 tsp black pepper
bake 400 F approx 50 mins
Rice and Peas cheat:
3 cups Minute Brown Rice
15.5oz (small) can red kidney beans (i only added 3/4 of the can)
2 green onion
1 small onion
3 sprigs thyme
2 tbs butter
1/2 tsp allspice
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp granulated chicken bullion (or 1 chicken bullion cube)
400 ml can coconut milk
1 cup water (Not 300mL as mentioned in the video, Just use 1 cup)
black pepper (optional)
1/2 scotch bonnet pepper (optional)
Salt to taste
*drain the juice from the can of beans
Cabbage:
1 small cabbage head
EVOO
1/2 tsp ground chicken boilion
1/2 red pepper
1/2 green pepper
1 small yellow onion
2 green onion
1 tbs garlic paste (or 2-3 cloves garlic)
1 tsp granulated chicken buollion
fresh thyme
salt and pepper to taste
2 ripened plantain (fried in vegetable oil)

Oxtails with rosemary gravy
Ox tails - salt, lawrys seasoned salt, onion powder, black pepper, garlic powder, beef stock, butter, lawrys garlic salt, EV olive oil.
Cabbage - salt, black pepper, garlic powder, worcheshire sauce, EV olive oil, lawrys seasoned salt, ketchup.
Carrots - EV olive oil, salt, black pepper, thyme leaves, honey, butter, lemon juice.
Rosemary gravy - butter, flour, black pepper, rosemary leaves, beef stock (from oxtails), onions, salt.

Beef Short Ribs
• 4 pounds beef short ribs (with the bone)
• 3 cups Sutter Home Red Wine
• 4 cups beef stock
• 2 tablespoons tomato paste
• 6 cloves of garlic, minced
• 1 medium sized yellow onion, chopped
• 3 medium sized carrots chopped
• 3 ribs of celery, chopped
• 5 sprigs thyme
• 2 sprigs rosemary
• 1 cup parsley, coarsely chopped
• 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp Pepper
• 1 tsp garlic seasoning
• 1 tsp onion seasoning
• 6 tsp flour
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 4 tbsp browning sauce
