How To make Bluefish In Parchment
1 tb + 1 tsp Margarine
tub
. style, reduced calorie 1/2 c Scallions :
chopped
1 c Mushrooms thinly sliced
1 c Red bell pepper :
thinly
. sliced 1/4 ts Dried savory
1/4 ts Dried marjoram
4 Parchment paper (12" squares
. or aluminum foil 1 1/2 c Barley cooked
1 1/2 c Snow peas
1/2 c Wild rice :
cooked
4 Bluefish or salmon fillets
. 3 to 4 oz each 1/4 ts Salt
1. In medium nonstick skillet, melt margarine. Add
scallions; cook, stirring frequently, 2 minutes. Add mushrooms, pepper, savory and marjoram; stir-fry 4 minutes, until just tender, set aside. 2. Preheat oven to 400?F. Cut each parchment square
into a large heart shape and place on work surface. In medium bowl, combine snow peas, barley and rice. Divide barley mixture equally over one half of each heart; place bluefish on top of barley. Divide vegetables equally over bluefish; sprinkle with salt. 3. Fold parchment loosely to enclose filling. Starting
at one end turn edges together in overlapping folds to make a tight seal. Place packets on baking sheet. Bake 12 minutes, until puffed.
4. To serve, place packets on dinner plates; slit open
carefully and fold top parchment back.

How To Marinate Your Bluefish
Bonjour tout le monde today video I will showing you guys how did marinate my blue fish
Items you need:
Blue fish
Nutmeg optional
Row garlic
Row ginger
Lemon juice or lemon or lime
Onion
Maggie optional
Season all
Salt and pepper optional
Again any season you have at home
Blender
First thing make sure you washed properly your fish and slice a few line into your fish to allow your season to go through. Blend all your season together and makes sure you mixed your seasons all over your fishes in and out by rubbing your seasoning into your fish one by one. To be sure your season is well done I usually tasted my season in case I need to add a little of salt or more season. Last but not least put your fish in the fridge for at least 1hour to allow your season to go through your fish . You good to go

Extra Tasty and Juicy Oven Grilled Fish in a Foil | Oven Grilled Croaker Fish

1 Fish Scaled and Gutted( I used a Croaker)
½ Thumpsize Ginger
4 Garlic Cloves
¼ Onion
2 Mini Peppers
1 Green Onion
2 4 Cilantro stems
1 tsp Chicken Knorr Seasoning or Seasoning Powder or Bouillon
½ tsp Blackpepper
¼ tsp Whitepepper
1 tsp Chilli Flakes
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Thyme
¼ Cup of Cooking oil
Grilled (Broil Oven Option) Covered at 400F for 15 Mins depending how big your fish is. then Open the foil and Grill for another 5 mins same 400F so it has a Char look and Crispy Outside.
