How To make Blue Ribbon Burgers
2 lb Ground Beef
2 t Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 t Salt
1/4 t Garlic Salt
1/4 t Pepper
3 oz Cream Cheese; Softened, 1 pk
2 T Blue Cheese; Crumbled
4 oz Mushrooms; 1 can, *
* Use 1 4-oz can of mushroom stems and pieces. ~------------------------------------------------------------------------ Mix meat, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings. Shape the mixture into 12 thin patties, each about 4-inches in diameter. Mix the cream cheese and the blue cheese. Top each of 6 patties with the cheese mixture, spreading to within 1/2 inch of the edge; press the mushrooms into the cheese. Cover each patty with one of the remaining patties, sealing the edges firmly. Broil or grill the patties 4-inches from the heat, turning once, until the desired doneness is reached and cheese is melted, about 10 to 15 minutes.

Ingredients (US & METRIC):
30g/ ¼ stick unsalted butter
2 large onions, finely sliced
600g/ 1 ⅓ lbs russet or other floury potato
1 ltr/ 4 cups vegetable oil
Garlic salt, to season
500g/ 1 lb beef mince (20% fat)
6 slices pancetta, finely chopped
1 fat garlic clove, grated
Few dashes worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dijon mustard
4 x Arnold potato buns
4 x 25g/1 oz slices creamy blue cheese
2 tbsp mayonnaise
4 large slices tomatoes
4 large leaves of lettuce
Sea salt and freshly ground pepper

Ingredients:
Ground beef - 500 grams
Onion - 1 piece
Egg - 1 piece
Toast bread
Tomato sauce or ketchup
Cheese - 150 grams
Salt, black pepper
Spread tomato sauce on bread
Place the ground beef on top of the bread
Bake 25 minutes at 180 °C / 360 °F
Sprinkle with grated cheese
Bake for another 10 minutes.
