Strawberry Breakfast Blender Muffins//Easy, Tasty Recipe:)- $2 a day- day 29
Very easy blender recipe for some muffins. Would be a great snack with some peanut butter and jelly spread on top or If you like a sweeter muffin top with strawberry jelly.
makes 24 minis
bake 350 for 10 minutes
1 cup self rising flour
1/2 cup oats
3 tablespoons sugar
10 strawberries
2 eggs
1 tablespoon oil or melted butter
1/4 teaspoon finely ground sea salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
add everything to a high powered blender and puree. Pour 3/4 full into greased mini muffin tins.
