Ingredients
1 cup half-and-half
½ cup chicken broth
4 tbsp all-purpose flour
3 cups pre-roasted chicken, preferably Rotisserie Chicken, shredded
2 cups mixed frozen vegetables, thawed
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
2 tbsp chives or spring onions, chopped
2 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp lemon or lime juice
½ tsp lemon or lime zest
salt & ground black pepper to taste
7¼ oz prepared pie crust, chilled

0:08 Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
0:11 Whisk together the half-and-half, chicken broth, and flour in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
0:27 Allow the mixture to come to a boil before reducing the heat to low. Stir the pot frequently and cook for about four minutes or until the mixture thickens.
0:34 Add the thawed frozen vegetables to the pot along with the shredded rotisserie chicken, parsley, chives or spring onions, thyme, lemon or lime juice, & lime or lemon zest. Stir to combine.

1:31 Lightly flour a clean work surface to roll out the pie crust on. Cut evenly into four sections. Tend to your pot pie filling.
2:08 Pour the filling into four 12-cm ramekins. Cover the tops of the ramekins with the four pie crust sections. Fold & press the edges down over the rims and trim any excess dough.

Welcome back to my channel! In today’s video I’ll be showing you how I make rotisserie chicken in the oven.
INGREDIENTS
Chicken part of choice
1 tbsp rotisserie chicken seasoning
1 tbsp green seasoning
1-2 tsp black pepper
1-2 tsp cock season(any chicken seasoning will do)
1/2 tsp salt
Combine all ingredients and allow chicken to marinate for 30minutes to 1 hr.
Place in middle rack of oven an bake for 1 hr uncovered. Baste after 30 minutes.

If you do not have rotisserie chicken seasoning you can make your own by combining salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and thyme.

2 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp cumin
2 tbsp onion powder
1 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp creole seasoning or any poultry seasoning
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp adobo seasoning
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
2 tbsps unsalted butter
2 tbsp oil oil
Bake on 340 degrees for 1 hour

¼ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
⅓ cup Vegetable Oil
2 tbsp. Brown Sugar
4 Garlic Cloves minced
1 whole Roasting Chicken trussed & ready for roasting

0:10 Combine apple cider vinegar, vegetable oil, brown sugar, and minced garlic in a small bowl. Whisk to combine.
0:19 Place the chicken in a large glass bowl and pour the mixture over it.
0:23 Slather your chicken with the marinade to coat it well.
0:27 Cover the bowl with a cling film and let it marinate overnight.
0:30 On the next day, remove the cover and flip the chicken to marinate it on the other side.
0:36 Let it marinate for at least 4 more hours before cooking.
0:40 Take it out of the fridge and leave at room temperature for 20 minutes.
0:45 Set the chicken on a roasting pan and preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
0:51 Cook the chicken for at least 45 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes.
0:55 Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
