Heat oven to 350. Grease bottom ONLY of 8-inch square pan. Melt in 2-quart saucepan, over low heat, stirring constantly; 1/2 stick butter (1/4 cup) 1 pkg. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips Beat in thoroughly with spoon; 3/4 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 teaspoon baking powder 1/3 cup chopped walnuts 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/3 cup mashed ripe banana 1 egg (about 1 small) Spread batter evenly in pan. Bake about 30 minutes or until center is set. Cut into 2-inch squares.

These banana walnut brownies are the perfect way to use up ripe bananas! They're fudgy, delicious, and easy to make. Plus, they're a healthier alternative to traditional brownies, as they're made with oat flour, honey, and walnuts.
In this video, I'll show you how to make these delicious brownies step-by-step. You'll need just a few simple ingredients, and they're ready to bake in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
2 Ripe Bananas
1 Cup Plain Yoghurt
1/2 cup Honey
1 cup oat flour
1 cup Cocoa Powder
a pinch of salt
Dark Chocolate for topping
1/4 cup chopped Walnuts for topping
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 170°C (338°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Mash your bananas with a fork, then add in your yogurt and honey. Mix until combined.
3. Add in your oat flour, cocoa powder, and salt, then mix until combined.
4. Transfer the brownie batter to your baking tray and add the chopped dark chocolate and walnuts.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes. or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then release from the pan and allow brownies to cool completely.
6. cut into squares and serve.
Tips:
Banana walnut brownies can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.

5-ingredient Healthier Banana Brownies. This recipe is vegan and these brownies are super fudgy and yummy???? Such a great dessert or snack idea that can be made quickly
Ingredients:
3 mashed bananas
1/2 cup unsweetened crunchy peanut butter (120 ml)
3 tablespoons of your sweetener (I used jaggery ,can use coconut sugar as well)
3 tablespoons cacao powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1. Mix the mashed bananas, peanut butter and the sweetener together
2. Add the cacao powder and baking powder and stir until combined
3. Pour into a baking dish lined with parchment paper
4. Bake at 180 Celsius degrees for about 15 minutes
5. Serve with some sliced Banana or strawberries

1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons (75g) Sugar
2/3 cup (60g) Rolled oats *or oat flour
1/2 cup (60g) Cocoa Powder
60g Dark Chocolate + 20g for topping
40g Walnuts + 20g for topping
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tin (20cm x 20cm) with parchment paper.
2. Mash your bananas with a fork then add in your yoghurt and sugar. Mix until combined.
3. Add in your oat flour and cocoa powder and mix until combined. Fold in your chopped chocolate and walnuts.
4. Transfer the brownie batter into your baking tin and add the rest of your chocolate and walnuts.
5. Bake for 30 minutes. Allow to cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then release from the pan and allow brownies to cool completely.
