How To make Baked Chicken with Provolone & Ziti
Ingredients

each
chicken breasts, boneless
1/2
teaspoon
basil
1/2
teaspoon
dill
1/2
teaspoon
garlic powder
1/4
teaspoon
parsley
1
parmesan cheese
3
cup
prego sauce, or your own
2
lg
slices provolone cheese
1
ziti, make the amount you think you will eat
Directions:
Put the chicken breasts in a baking pan, sprayed with a non-stick spray. Sprinkle herbs on top of chicken breasts. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Meanwhile, heat the sauce and cook the ziti separately (cook ziti according to directions on the box). Once the ziti is cooked and drained, return to the saucepan and put a pat of margarine or butter in it. Mix well, and pour into another 1 1/2 quart sprayed baking dish. When the chicken is finished baking, put it on top of the ziti, and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Pour the sauce on top of all and place the cheese on top of the chicken. Put under the broiler until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

ps i did call them noodles once but I do know better and am just bad with words.

You can make this dish for dinner to eat fresh and plate a few extra up for dinner later!!
Ingredients: The following ingredients are for 5 pounds of meat sauce. If you have more meat sauce simply multiply the recipe out.
Ziti Pasta (the amount you need is relative to how much meat sauce you have) I use 2 pounds of pasta for every 5 pounds of meat sauce
Provolone Cheese 16oz
Mozzarella Cheese 8oz
Sour Cream 3 cups
Cream Cheese 1 cup
Parsley 1 Tablespoon
(For the topping) Use how ever much you like!!!

Parmesan cheese
To make this dish boil Ziti Pasta 1 minute less than al dente. Spray with water to cook down and set aside. If you have meat sauce already made simply take it out and let it thaw. Toss your pasta with your meat sauce and set that aside.
In a bowl mix your sour cream, cream cheese, mozzarella, provolone and parley. Gently add this mixture to your pasta and meat sauce folding it in very carefully
Once it is well incorporated scoop the Ziti into a baking tin. Sprinkle with provolone, mozzarella cheese, and some parmesan cheese. Cover with foil and either bake or freeze for later.
To bake just place covered ziti in a 350F oven and bake for 30 minutes to 45 minutes till cheese is hot and gooey..
