drained 3 chicken breast, no skin, no bone 1 lg zucchini squash :
cubed 1 lg yellow squash
cubed 3 stalks celery :
sliced 2 cans chicken broth
fat free 5 cloves garlic :
peeled 1 can green beans, canned
drained 1 can green chiles :
chopped 2 c water
if needed 1 c baby carrots :
whole to serve: 1 Tbsp fat free cheddar cheese
grated 1 Tbsp tortilla chips :
crushed 1 Tbsp fat free sour cream -- or plain yogurt Put all ingredients into crock pot. Turn on low (or auto) and leave all day. Come home to a hot bowl of soup. I serve it over some low fat cheese and add some crumbled WOW chips (fat free). Also a dollop of fat free sour cream is great and cuts the heat if it's too hot for you. Warning - if you use the extra hot Rotel, it will be SPICY!

250g boneless beef 1 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp thyme 1 tbsp Oil (for searing) 8 dried red chilies (soaked in 1 1/2 cup hot water) 2 chillies 1 pointed red pepper 1 medium onion 1 tbsp all purpose seasoning 2-3 cups water (enough to cover beef) 1 cup parsely (chopped) 1 red onion (diced small) 1-2 cups mozerella cheese 6-8 mini tortilla wraps
Slow cook beef for 2 1/2 -3 hrs on low heat stirring occasionally.

Here’s how you make this Desi French Toast at home ☺️
Ingredients : White Bread/ Brioche Bread - 3 Slices Besan - 2 Tbsps Curd - 1/2 Cup Onion - 1/2 no Sliced Salt & Pepper - to taste Chilli Powder - 1/4th Tsp Turmeric Powder - A pinch Ghee - 2 Tbsps Mustard seeds - 2 Tsps Curry Leaves - 1 Sprig Green Chillies - 2 nos Slit Water - 2 Tbsps
Process : * For the batter - mix together curd, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chickpea flour, salt & pepper to taste & some water - whisk until a smooth batter is achieved * Meanwhile, cut thick slices of bread/ you can also use pre-cut bread of your choice * Dip the bread completely in the batter - make the bread is completely covered in the batter * Heat up some oil in a saucepan or a tawa & cook the battered bread on both side until golden brown & crisp * To make the tempering - heat up some oil in a small frypan, add in the mustard seeds, slit green chillies & curry leaves - pour the tempering over the desi french toast * Serve, Garnish with some sliced onions & Enjoy ????????️
