How To make Double Chocolate Pudding Pie
1 1/2 c Cold skim milk, divided
1 pk Jell-O Devil's food flavor
Fat free instant pudding & Pie filling (4-serving size) 8 oz Cool Whip Lite Topping,
-thawed, divided 1 Keebler reduced fat graham
Cracker pie crust 1 pk Jell-O White chocolate fat
Free instant pudding & pie Filling (4-serving size) Pour 3/4 cup of milk into medium bowl. Add Devil's Food flavor pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk for one minute. (Mixture will be thick.) Gently stir in 1/2 of the Cool Whip. Spoon evenly into crust. Pour remaining 3/4 cup of milk into another medium bowl. Add White Chocolate flavor pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 1 minute. (Mixture will be thick.) Gently stir in remaining Cool Whip. Spread over pudding layer in crust. Refrigerate 4 hours or until set. Garnish, if desired. Store leftover pie in refrigerator. 1️⃣ Melt 1 cup of chocolate chips in the microwave and let cool enough so it's not real hot
.
2️⃣ Fold in a whole tub of whipped topping
.
3️⃣ Pour your mouse into a graham cracker pie crust
.
4️⃣ Add more whipped topping on top (I used another 1/2 ish tub)
.
5️⃣ If ya wanna get fancy pants add a bit of chopped chocolate chips
.
6️⃣ Place in the fridge for 2+ hour then enjoy the HECK out of it!

NOTE NOTE NOTE- Sorry Grandma: Now I know my southern grandmother would turn her nose up at the fact that I didn't keep the traditional order of mixing the ingredients. I've found that adding the milk into the dry ingredients resulted in a much smoother pudding with zero lumps! Also some folks SWEAR by boiling homemade puddings. To each it's own but I've always just let it come to just a few bubbles barely breaking on the surface and lots of froth and steam and nothing more. Nope not one single boil. This really helps with preventing scorching when not working with a double boiler.
