Ingredientes para Queso Vegetal de Maní
????Mi taza medidora es de 250 ml
????El molde es de 12 cm de diámetro y 6 cm de altura
1 Taza de Maní crudo, sin sal, sin cacara
3 Cucharadas de Provenzal (2 dientes de ajo, perejil, pimienta negra a gusto y 2 Cucharadas de aceite de oliva)
2 Tazas de agua
Una pizca de cúrcuma
2 Cucharaditas de sal
3 Cucharadas de fecúla de mandioca (yuca) o fécula de papa
1 Cucharada de almidón de maíz o fécula de papa
Opciónal Paprika dulce para terminar
Cocinar, revolviendo, por 20 minutos aproximadamente.(ver video)

- 4 stems of chive, minced
- 12 to 16 basil leaves
- 4 Radishes, sliced
- 1/4 of green bell pepper, minced (40g or 1/2 cup)
- 1 garlic pod
- 5 black olives
