How To make Sweet Potato Soup
1 1/4 lb Sweet potato, diced, peeled
3 Carrots, chopped
1 lg Celery stalk, chopped
1 Bay leaf
6 c Water
2 tb Lemon juice
1 ts Hungarian sweet paprika
Put all vegetables with the bay leaf in a soup pot. Add water & bring to a boil. Simmer for about one hour. Stir occasionally. Just befroe serving, add lemon juice & paprika. Remove bay leaf.

Sweet potato soup is a Chinese dessert found in Southern China and Hong Kong. It is very simple and homemade soup which gets creamy texture.
Ingredients:
Sweet potatoes 1 cup
Oil 2 tsp
Cinnamon sticks 2
Bay leaf 1
Beans 1 tbsp
Carrots 1 tbsp
Cabbage ½ cup
Salt to taste
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Leeks ¼ cup
Cream 2 tsp
METHOD:
Firstly boil sweet potatoes and peel out its skin.
Mash them and keep it aside.
Take oil in a hot pan, then add cinnamon sticks and bay leaf.
Add beans, carrots, cabbage, salt and saute it for 2mn.
Now add pepper powder, leeks, sweet potato liquid paste(mixed in water) and let it boil for 2-3mn.
Remove the bay leaf and cinnamon sticks from it.
Now switch off the flame and add cream in it.
Mix it and serve hot in a soup bowl.

???? First add the onion and garlic to the cooking pot and caramelize it. When it's caramelized you can add the sweet potato. Bake this for another 2 minutes. Now you can add the curry madras and mix this.
???? Add 1 liter water and 10 grams of bouillon. Let it boil for 10 minutes.
???? After 10 minutes take it off the stove and add the coconut milk. Blend it till smooth.

INGREDIENTS
TO POACH THE CHICKEN
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast 500 g
2 teaspoons salt
TO MAKE THE SOUP
4 tablespoons light olive oil
½ cup chopped onions
2 cups peeled and cubed carrots
1 stalk celery chopped
1 pound sweet potatoes peeled and cubed
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons dried oregano
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
salt to taste
1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
64 ounces chicken stock 8 cups
7 ounces mushrooms 200 g, sliced
2-3 cups chopped spinach
½ cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon lime juice
Carrot Sweet Potato Soup | How to make Carrot Soup | Easy Soup Recipe
Welcome to Bhakti’s Kitchen.
Today, in this video I have shown carrot and sweet potato soup which is absolutely healthy and perfect for winter days. This soup gives slightly sweet taste and at the same time it is bit spicy as I have added very little red chili powder. This recipe does not need additional sugar as it has natural sweet taste of sweet potato. This soup is perfect idea to make these winter and beat the cold.

Ingredients:
Olive oil – 1 tsp
Garlic – 2 cloves
Ginger – 1 inch
Roughly chopped Onion – ½ cup
Roughly chopped Carrot – ½ cup
Roughly chopped sweet potato – 1 cup
Red chili powder – ¼ tsp
Black pepper powder – ¼ tsp
Water
Salt to taste
Method:
1. In a pressure cooker add oil and let it hot on medium to high flame.
2. Once, oil is hot enough, add garlic cloves, onion, ginger and saute for 2-3 minutes.
3. Now add carrot and saute again for 2-3 minutes then add sweet potato.
4. Add water and red chili powder and mix everything well.
5. On medium to high heat, cook for two whistles.
6. Let pressure cooker cool down completely.
7. Now blend everything into blender without water to a smooth puree.
8. Now add puree into a wok and add water to adjust consistency.
9. Add black pepper, butter and salt into the soup.
10. Let soup boil for 3-4 minutes and turn off the flame.
11. Normally this soup is of thick consistency. I have added almost 2 cups of water here. 1 cup in cooker and 1 cup while boiling the soup. Total 2 cups of water have added to this.
12. Garnish with black pepper and mint leaves.

Creamy, nutrient rich sweet potato soup with almonds is a treat which is sure to fill up your tummy with its richness.
SWEET POTATO SOUP WITH ALMONDS
Ingredients
300 grams sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes
8-10 almonds
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp finely chopped celery stalk
1 tsp finely chopped garlic
1 medium onion, roughly chopped
4-5 cups vegetable stock
Salt to taste
Crushed black peppercorns to taste + for garnish
1½ cups almond milk
2 tbsps fresh cream + for garnish
Chopped fresh chives for garnish
Breadsticks to serve
Method
1. Heat butter and olive oil in a deep non-stick pan. Add celery, and garlic and sauté for a minute. Add onion, mix and sauté till it turns translucent.
2. Add the almonds and mix well. Cook for a minute.
3. Add the sweet potatoes and sauté on high heat for 2-3 minutes. Pour vegetable stock and mix well.
4. Sprinkle salt and crushed black peppercorns, mix and let the mixture come to boil. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes. Switch the heat off and blend the mixture till smooth using an electric hand blender.
5. Pour the almond milk and mix till well combined. Add 1 cup water and mix well. Switch the heat back on and cook till the mixture comes to a boil.
6. Add fresh cream, mix and transfer into serving bowls. Garnish with fresh cream, chives and crushed black peppercorns. Serve hot with breadsticks.
