This Spicy and Smoky Salsa comes together in under 5 minutes. Just throw ingredients together and pulse in a food processor and you have an amazing salsa. Its bursting with freshness and has the smokiness and spice from chipotles in adobo sauce
1/2 medium red onion
1 quartered and seeded green bell pepper
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
1-4 tablespoons of Chipotles in Adobo (depends how spicy you like it)
2 tablespoons of lime juice
2 chopped garlic cloves
Salt/pepper
1 28 ounce/793grams diced tomatoes drained
Instructions:
Combine in food processor: onion, cilantro, chipotles, lime juice, garlic, salt, pepper - pulse until coarsely chopped
Add strained tomatoes, pulse 3 times until combined

Mexican Salsa Tomato - Quick and easy, Homemade, Fire roasted, Smoky flavour [Tomato Salsa] [2021]
Mexican Salsa Tomato - Quick and easy, Homemade, Fire roasted, Smoky flavour [Tomato Salsa] [2021]
Ingredient List:
3 raw tomatoes for chopping, 3 tomatoes for roasting
1 onion (medium size)
2 Dried Red Chiilis
1/3 cup cilantro/ coriander
3 raw garlic cloves for chopping, 3 garlic cloves for roasting
Juice of ½ Lemon
1 Jalapeno/ Green Chilli
3/4th Tsp Cumin Powder
Salt
Method:
Roast the tomatoes, red chillis and garlics in a large frying pan over medium heat.
Remove the red chilli once the colour changes and is darkened.
Remove the garlic cloves when its slightly cooked, don’t blacken it.
Get the skins of tomatos dark to give a roasted flavour and then remove it.
Then set aside the roasted elements to cool.
Meanwhile, chop the remaining tomatoes, onion, cilantro, garlic, jalapeno and combine in large bowl. Add lemon juice, salt and cumin powder to the mixture. Keep the mixture in the refrigerator to cool.
Once the roasted elements have cooled down, blend it together in a blender.
Add this blend to the fresh chopped ingredients and mix well.
Keep it in the refrigerator for atleast 1-1.5 hrs before serving.
Serve it alongside nachos, tacos or tortillas.

Here's a recipe for fire-roasted salsa! It is jam packed with flavour and is best when chilled in the fridge for a few hours. It goes perfectly with tortilla chips and makes a delicious appetizer for your barbecues and dinners!
