How To make Sesame Tahini Oat Cookies
1 c AM Sesame Seeds
1 c AM Oat Flakes (rolled oats)
1 1/4 c AM Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
1 t Non-alum baking powder
1 t Cinnamon
1/2 c Chopped nuts (optional)
1/2 c Raisins
1/2 c Milk or water
1/2 c Honey
1/2 c AM Sesame Tahini
Mix dry and liquid ingredients in separate bowls; then combine and mix thoroughly. Drop spoonfuls onto a lightly oiled baking sheet. Bake at 375 F. for 10-12 minutes. Homemade Sesame Tahini Cookies (Vegan, Minimal Ingredients) | Bakelore
Hello friends! This recipe is for my fellow Tahini lovers. Simple, healthy and amazing, these cookies truly have it all. All you need are few ingredients and a mixing bowl to achieve these soft, flavorful bites of heaven! As always don't forget to have fun while baking and make every recipe your own! RECIPE
½ cup Tahini
⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
1 tbsp cinnamon
½ tsp baking soda
1 cup almond flour
1 cup coconut flour
⅓ cup sesame seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven at 180C/350F. In a mixing bowl add the honey or maple syrup, tahini and combine well. Add all of the dry ingredients and mix everything together starting with a spoon and then with your hands until you have a smooth texture. In a baking tray form the cookies (about 1 tbsp of dough) and and bake for 10'-12'. Let cool for 2' and serve!
NOTES
*You can sub the almond and coconut flour with oat flour.
*Maple, agave and honey work just as good.
*Don't bake for longer than 12'.

Ingredients:
-1 cup sesame seeds, roasted for about 5 minutes
- 3 tbsp of coconut oil or butter
- 4 tbsp unrefined cane sugar or coconut sugar or replace with honey
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup of gluten-free oats or oat flour (70 gr)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- pinch of salt И
Bake at 160C for about 10-15 minutes
