How To make Sesame Pork Tidbits with Sweet & Sour Sauce
1 1/2 lb Boneless Pork Loin
1/2 c Cornstarch
1/4 c Teriyaki Sauce
3 tb Lightly Toasted Sesame Seeds
3 c Vegetable Oil
SWEET & SOUR SAUCE:
1/4 c Sugar
1/4 c Vinegar
1/4 c Catsup
1/4 c Water
1 tb Teriyaki Sauce
1 1/2 ts Cornstarch
Trim excess fat from pork; cut into 1 inch cubes and set aside. Thoroughly combine cornstarch, teriyaki sauce and sesame seed in medium bowl (mixture will be very stiff). Stir in pork cubes; let stand 30 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare Sweet & Sour Sauce; (see below) keep warm. Heat oil in medium saucepan over medium-high heat to 300oF. Add 1/3 of the pork cubes and cook, stirring constantly, until golden brown, about 2 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels. Repeat with remaining pork. Serve immediately with warm Sweet & Sour Sauce. SWEET & SOUR SAUCE: Combine sugar, vinegar, catsup, water, teriyaki sauce and cornstarch in small saucepan. INGREDIENTS:
Marinade:
600 grams thin sliced pork
1 tsp salt (to taste)
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp soy sauce
1 egg
Coating:
3/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup corn starch
8 grams seasoning granules
1 tbsp ground pepper
Sauce:
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar or less
Cooking oil
3 onions
3 bell pepper
2 sachet pineapple tidbits (small pack)

TASTY SWEET AND SOUR PORK
INGREDIENTS:
500 grams. pork
200 grams.pineapple tidbits
1/2 cup red bell
1/2 cup green bell pepper
1/2 cup red or white onion
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup brown or white sugar
3 tbsp ketchup
2 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp oil for sauteeing
oil for frying
cornstarch for meat coating
salt to taste
sesame seed for garnishing
MEAT MARINADE:
2 tsp cooking wine(optional)
3 tsp soy sauce
1 egg yolk(may use one whole egg)
2 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp ground pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
1.Wash and pat dry pork,tenderize using meat tenderizer.Cut into bite size and according to own preference,marinate atleast 10mins.or more.
1.Prepare vegetable ingredients..cut to preferred size,combine sauce ingredients and set aside.
3.Dredge meat to cornstarch,coat evenly, (may shape the pork into a ball like in the video), shake excess cornstarch and deep fry. Set aside.
4.Saute' onion and bell peppers,add sauce mixture and keep stirring until sauce thickens,add meat and pineapple. Mix well making sure meat is coated with sauce, garnish with sesame seeds and serve.

*Ingredients*
1/2 yellow pepper, cut into chunks (optional to use another colour of pepper)
1/2 large onion, cut into wedges
Half cup of pineapple chunks
1/2 cup of ketchup
1/4 cup of water
1 tablespoon of apple vinegar
1/2 tablespoon of sugar
2 cloves of garlic, minced
*Pork and Marinade*
300 g pork belly, cut into 1.5cm cube (can be replaced with chicken or fish)
1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil
1/2 tablespoon of oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon of white pepper
*Coating for Frying*
1 beaten egg
1 cup of all-purpose flour for coating
*Instructions*
1. Marinade the pork belly with soy sauce, pepper, oyster sauce and sesame oil for at least thirty minutes.
2. Preheat the pot and add cooking oil for frying.
3. Coat the pork with flour then egg mixture and lastly with flour for frying:
4, When oil reaches 80 Celsius and above, start frying the coated pork until golden brown at medium fire, around five minutes.
5. After frying the pork, set aside to rest.
6. With a preheated wok or pan, add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil.
7. Next, add the minced garlic and onion. Stir fry until fragrance. Then add the pepper and pineapple. Stir fry for a couple of minutes until the veggies soften.
8. Add the fried pork belly, ketchup, sugar, apple vinegar, and water.
9. Stir the ingredients until all are well coated with the sauce and it is done.
10. And before serve, garnish with scallion.
