How To make Seafood Marinara
1 TB olive oil
1/2 onion
finely chopped
2 cloves garlic :
finely
: chopped 1/2 c white wine
3 c good quality tomato sauce
1/4 ts red pepper flakes
10 lg shrimp peeled and
: deveined 10 scallops :
rinsed
1/4 c chopped parsley
12 oz angel hair pasta or
: vermicelli -- cooked and : drained In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Stir in onion and cook for 2 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add white wine and simmer for 2 minutes. Stir in tomato sauce and red pepper flakes. Bring sauce to a simmer and stir in the shrimp. Cook for 1 minute and stir in scallops. Simmer for 2 minutes. Easy Quick & Tasty Garlic Seafood Marinara Recipe
Ingredients:
• 1kg seafood marinara mix
• Salt to taste
• Chopped shallots
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 3 tbsp chopped butter
• ¼ tsp pepper
• 1 tbsp mixed dried herbs
• 1 tsp chicken stock powder
• 2 whole clumps of garlic, grated
Method:
1. Put a pan on medium heat and add your butter and oil and heat it for 30 seconds
2. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute
3. Add mixed dried herbs and shallots and cook for 10 seconds
4. Add your seafood mix, chicken stock powder, salt, pepper and mix well
5. Put lid on and cook it for 3 - 4 minutes, stirring twice during cooking
6. After the first 4 minutes, take the lid off and mix it again and taste your salt
7. Now cook it without the lid for 5 minutes, and mixing it once or twice lifting the sauce from the bottom of the pan, and pouring on top of the seafood so all the sauce gets coated evenly with the seafood
8. Turn heat off and serve it with garlic bread and hot chips
9. Enjoy
Tips:
• You can use the above recipe to make garlic prawns, by replacing the marinara mix with prawns.

400g fettuccine pasta
3 tbs butter
3 cloves garlic
1 sm onion
1/2 cup water
1 chicken cube
1-3/4 cup all purpose cream
1/2 tsp ground basil
Salt and pepper to taste
500g seafood marinara mix
1 tbs cornflour dissolved in 1/3 cup water
1/2 tbs lemon juice
