Tuile is that food item that can make your dish look amazing, no-matter what the other components of your plate are. It is used by many professional Chefs around the world as an ultimate food decoration. And it is actually very easy to make, as long as you have the right equipment (non-stick pan in this case) and use correct proportions in your recipe (see below).
In this recipe I've flavoured my Tuile with Saffron, but you can use any kind of flavouring in your Tuile, e.g. substitute Saffron tea with tomato juice, or beet juice. In these cases you will end up with Tuiles not only of different taste but also colour.
The world is your oyster, explore and sharpen your culinary techniques!
And yes, it is also totally vegan :)

eggs - 1 piece
Tray size 32 X 42 cm (12.60 x 16.54)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/20 minutes
for the sauce:
butter - 30 g (1 oz)
flour - 25 g (0.9 oz)
beer - 200 ml (6.76 fl oz)
chili flakes - 5 g (0.18 oz)
salt - 3 g (0.11 oz)
pressed cheese - 100 g (3.5 oz)

Cucumber & Cheese Rolls
Ingredients:
1 cucumber
100 grams vegan white cheese
finely chopped red bell pepper
fresh dill
Preparation
In a medium bowl, add in cheese & mash
Add in finely chopped bell pepper & dill
Stir all ingredients to combine.
Using a vegetable peeler or mandoline, peel the cucumbers lengthwise into thin slices.
Spread a small spoonful of filling over a cucumber slice.
Starting from one end, roll the cucumber into a spiral. Repeat with remaining cucumber slices and filling.
Cucumber Avocado Rolls
Ingredients
1 Avocado
½ of a lime
salt
black pepper
1 cucumber
1 medium-size carrot( finely slice into strips)
red & yellow bell pepper( finely slice into strips)
Instructions
Into a mixing bowl, add the avocado & lime juice.
Mash with a fork. Season with salt & pepper.
Use a mandoline or potato peeler to cut long thin strips from the cucumber. Take a cucumber strip and spread a thin coat of the avocado mixture along the length of the cucumber. Roll it up needed.
Do the same with the rest of your cucumber strips.
