How To make Savoury Nibbles
2 ts Oil
2 Cloves garlic crushed
1 ts Coriander seeds
1 ts Black mustard seeds
2 ts Sambal oelek
1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
1/4 ts Ground cloves
1/4 ts Ground nutmeg
3/4 ts Ground chilli
1 c Chick pea flour
1 c Self raising flour
1 c Warm water
1/2 c Buttermilk
oil for frying. Heat oil in small saucepan. Add garlic, seeds, sambal, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and chilli powder. Stir over medium heat for approx 2 minutes or until fragrant. Remove mixture from heat and crush with pestle & mortar until fine. Sift flours into a bowl, make a well in the centre and add water and buttermilk, then spices. Mix to a smooth batter. Heat oil in saucepan. Hold a slotted spoon over oil and add batter to it so that batter drips through the spoon's holes into the oil. Cook until brown, remove and drain on absorbent paper. Add salt or any other seasoning you like to taste.

Ingredients:-
Wheat Flour - 2 cups
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Sugar - ½ cup
Salt - As Per Taste
Oil - As Required.
Savoury Style :-
In a bowl add 1 cup of wheat flour,salt,garam masala,crushed cumin seeds and add some oil and knead it into a soft dough and rest it for sometime and then roll it into thin sheets and cut then diagonally as shown in the video. Now deep fry them in oil.
Sweet Style:-
In a bowl add 1 cup of wheat flour, a pinch of salt and some oil mix it and add sugar. Don’t knead much after adding sugar. Make it into soft dough and rest it for some time.
Now cut diagonally as shown and deep fry them in hot oil.

Milk 1/2 cup
Sugar 1 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Flour 1 cup
Baking powder 2 tsp
Onion 2 tbsp
Capsicum 2 tbsp
Tomato 2 tbsp
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Chili flakes 1 tsp
Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup
Grease oil
Tomato ketchup
Onion, Capsicum, Tomato
Mozzarella cheese
Black olive
Place a stand & heat the pan for 5 mins on medium flame
After 5 mins place the mould
Cook it on low flame for 35-45mins
Or bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 30-40 mins
