After a day at the Little Farmer near Sarah's home in Oshkosh, Wi. We decided to carve a pumkin and roast the seeds. Well being a southern Boy who loves cooking, I put me own little twist on it and I swear, they turned out GREAT!!!! check it out... this is much more than a cooking video... How To Roast Pumpkin Seeds With Salt | Toasting Pumpkin Seeds

How To Roast Pumpkin Seeds With Salt | Toasting Pumpkin Seeds
Ingredients:
Pumpkin Seeds - 1 Cup
Clarified Butter/ Ghee - 1 TSP
Salt - 2 Pinches
Method:
Heat ghee in a pan and add salt. Mix well and add pumpkin seeds. Roast well on low to medium flame till the seeds start to splutter. Switch off the flame and continue to stir for another few minutes. Transfer to a plate to let it cool down. Store in an airtight container and enjoy as a quick tasty snack.
