How To make Rosemary Chicken Wings
2 tb Olive oil
2 tb Butter
2 tb Finely chopped shallots
2 ts Dried rosemary
1/2 c Lemonade
1 ts Black pepper
1 ts Salt
10 To 12 - chicken wings
Source: MAINPOUL.ZIP Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a small saucepan, heat oil and butter over medium heat. Add shallots and rosemary and cook 2 to 3 minutes. Add lemonade, pepper and salt. Simmer over low heat for 6 to 8 minutes or until slightly reduced and syrupy. Cool slightly. Meanwhile, cut chicken wings into three pieces, discarding wing-tip joint. Place wings in shallow pan and coat well with sauce. Bake in oven until skin is golden brown, about 30 minutes. Serve with rice or as hors d'oeuvre. Makes 20 to 24 pieces.

Today I make Rosemary Butter Chicken Wings!
Ingredients:
2 Packs of Chicken Wings
Salt and Pepper
Cumin
Garlic and Onion Powder
Cayenne Pepper
Ground Ginger
Fresh Rosemary
Finish it off with some Rosemary Salt
To make Rosemary Salt combine One sprig of Rosemary, 1 Tbsp of Salt, Garlic powder, and onion powder into a food processor.
Sprinkle Rosemary salt over chicken and serve!

So today I have a light, refreshing take on chicken wings, my Lemon-Garlic-Rosemary wings! These succulent, aromatic wings will give you a sure-fire protein option at your next picnic or party, plus I PROMISE they will wow everyone who tries them as well!

A serving is 4 oz of chicken wings, which by my scale, was 2 large/medium chicken wing pieces.
Ingredients:
4 lbs of chicken party wings, drumettes, etc.
3 large lemons (3/4-1 cup of lemon juice)
3-6 cloves of garlic (I recommend 3 if serving to guests that may not be garlic lovers)
1 sprig fresh rosemary
salt
pepper
1-2 tbs olive oil
