How To make Pot Roast In Savory Cheese Sauce
-From the Kitchen of -Lawrence & Cindy Kellie 5 lb Beef chuck arm pot roast*
2 tb Cooking fat
Salt Pepper 1 md Onion; sliced
10 3/4 oz Cheddar cheese soup; cond.
8 oz Tomato sauce
4 oz Mushrooms; sliced, drained
1/4 ts Oregano
1/4 ts Basil
1. In a Dutch oven, or large pan with a tight-fitting cover, brown meat in
fat. Season with salt and pepper and remove from pan. Pour off fat drippings. 2. Cook onion in drippings remaining in pan until soft but not browned; stir often. 3. Add soup, tomato suace, mushrooms, oregano, and basil; mix well. 4. Return meat to pan. Cover and simmer for 3 to 3 1/2 hours or until done. (Or cook in a 325F oven for same amount of time.) Turn meat once to cook it evenly throughout. Skim off excess fat. 5. If sauce is too thin, remove meat to a platter and keep warm. Mix 2 tablespoosn flour in 1/3 cup cold water. Add mixture slowly to sauce. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and cook until thickened, about 3 minutes. Taste sauce and correct seasoning, if necessary, with salt and pepper. 6. If sauce needs only a little thickening, remove meat, skim off excess fat, and simmer, uncovered, for a few minutes. 7. Slice meat and serve with gravy. *Forzen beef chuck arm pot rasts and beef chuck blade roasts may be browned under the broiler. Place meat on boiler pan rack, then place pan in center of oven. Brown to one side, about 10 minutes. Turn meat and brown other side, about 8 to 10 minutes. Meat should be completely thawed after browning. How To make Pot Roast In Savory Cheese Sauce's Videos
Savory Pot Roast
Ingredients:
2 - 3 pounds of boneless beef roast
1 1/2 cups of carrots
1 1/2 cups of red potatoes cut up
1 cup of celery
1 cup of diced onion
1 package of McCormick Slow Cooker Savory Pot Roast Seasoning Mix
1 cup of water
1 tsp of garlic powder
1- 2 tsp of kosher salt
1 tsp of black ground pepper
Method:
Season your beef with kosher salt and black pepper.
Place beef and vegetables into crockpot.
Season with garlic powder, and add black pepper over vegetables.
Mix Pot Roast Seasoning Mix and water until blended.
Pour over beef and vegetables. Cover the crockpot with the lid.
Cook on high for 4 hours. During the 4 hours do not uncover the crockpot.
Be sure to stir the sauce before serving and enjoy!

Slow Cooked Savory Roast Recipe
The perfect Sunday Dinner! We're cooking up a slow cooked roast in the slow cooker!
Prep time - 20 - 25 minutes
Cook time - 7 - 8 hours
Ingredients for Slow Cooked Savory Roast: (Feeds 8 to 10)
5 lbs Chuck Roast Beef or London Broil Beef
2 Tablespoons Montreal Steak Seasoning
1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
2 pks McKormick Slow Cookers - Savory Pot Roast Seasoning
2 bags Publix Potatoes, Onions & Carrots with Rosemary bags in vegetable sect.
3 leaves of fresh thyme
2 Teaspoons of fresh basil
2 Cups of Water (for Slow Cookers packets)
Ingredients for Cher's Homemade Mac N' Cheese:
16 oz Box of Jumbo Elbow Macaroni
1 Egg
1/2 Can Evaporated Milk
1/2 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/2 Jar Ragu Liquid Cheddar Cheese
1 Teaspoon Seasoning Salt
1 Teaspoon Salt
2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
6 Cups Water for boiling
2 Cups Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
2 Cups Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese
Ingredients for Italian String Beans:
1 Bag frozen
2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons of Bacon Grease (optional)
2 Tablespoons Mixed Seasoning (Salt, Pepper, Slap Yo Mama or Tony's Creole)
1 Cup Water for steaming
1) Rinse Meat and season with Montreal Steak Seasoning on both sides, Place a little oil and minced garlic in pan for 2 minutes on medium heat, get pan nice and hot until it starts to simmer. Add Seasoned meat to pan and sear or brown on all sides for about 4 to 5 minutes.
2) Place meat into crock pot, poor oil and minced garlic on top, add fresh thyme and basil, cook on high for 3 hours, add in potato, carrots, onion and rosemary seasoning and McKormick's Savory Pot Roast Seasoning and cook for 4 to 5 more hours on low heat. Total cook time for roast is 7 to 8 hours.
3) Bring 6 cups water to a boil and add 16 oz box of macaroni, in a separate bowl crack 1 egg, evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, liquid cheddar cheese and mix well with beater, add few pinches of seasoning salt and salt, mix again. Pour over your cooked noodles (do not mix), add butter, remaining salt and seasoning salt, stir until all butter is melted and seasoning is mixed. Pour cheese sauce over noodles, mix well. Get oven safe dish, oil pan, line with cheese, pour a layer of noodles over bottom of pan, half of both shredded cheeses, add another layer of noodles, cover with remaining cheese. Cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour covered on 350 degrees.
4) Use medium sauce pan add 1 bag of frozen Italian string beans, add seasoning mix, oil, optional bacon grease and add water for steaming. Place on medium heat for about 1 hour.

SOUTHERN STYLE MAC N CHEESE| THE BEST MAC N CHEESE AT THE COOKOUT GUARANTEED HOW TO MAKE| NO EGGS
SOUTHERN STYLE MAC&CHEESE|| HOW TO MAKE MACARONI AND CHEESE|| EASY
INGREDIENTS
2 cubes of chicken flavored bouillon
1 16oz of elbow Mac and cheese
1 stick of salt butter
3 tablespoon of all purpose flour
Whole milk
8 oz velvet cheese
1 block of Colby jack cheese ( shred cheese yourself)
1 block of medium cheddar cheese (shred cheese yourself)
8oz bag 4 cheese Mexican
sour cream
Salt
Black pepper
Cayenne pepper
Paprika pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Badia Complete seasoning ( you can get it from Walmart, target, Publix, and Amazon)( Badia Complete Seasoning®, 6 oz
Non stick spay or butter
Step 1
Set oven on 350°
COOKING PASTA
Add 12 cups of water to a pot then add
2 cubes of chicken flavored bouillon (Maggie). Set the stove at high heat 8/7 and let water come to a boil.
Once water is boiling add
1 16oz (lb) box of elbow pasta (stirring while adding) than let pasta cook pasta (following directions on the back of the box)
Once pasta is done cooking drain the pasta then put it to a separate bowl (do not rinse), add 2 tablespoon of salted butter to help pasta not stick together. Set the pasta to the side.
MAKING THE ROUX
Add a pot to stove at medium high heat 6/7 add
4 tablespoon of salted butter let the butter melt.
Then add 3 tablespoon of all purpose flour let the flour cook for about 4 minutes than add 2 cups of whole milk let the milk come to a simmer.
Then add 8 oz of velveta cheese (chopped up), and a handful of the Colby jack cheese (And medium cheddar cheese, Add the whole bag of 4 cheese Mexican shredded cheese and let all the cheeses melt into the milk.
Once all the cheese is melted Add 1 teaspoon of salt ,1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon of paprika , 2 teaspoon of garlic ,2 teaspoon of onion powder and 2 teaspoons of complete seasoning let cook for 2 minutes and turn off the stove.
Pour the cheeses sauce into the macaroni and mix well.
Than add 2 tablespoon of sour cream and mix well. Slowly add 1/2 cup of whole milk and mix well than add 1 tablespoon of complete seasoning and mix well.
Spray one small aluminum tray with the nonstick spray then Pour the Mac and cheese into the aluminum tray.
Cover the macaroni and cheese with aluminum foil and place it in oven for 20 minutes.
Take the Mac and cheese out after the 20 minutes mix it well.
Then add the Colby jack and medium cheddar cheese you shredded at the top of the Mac and cheese.
Sprinkle some Cheyenne pepper and some paprika on the top of the cheese place it back in the oven uncovered top rack and let it cook until cheese is gold and brown (20/30 minutes) remove Mac & cheese from oven.
