How To make Piquant Popcorn
2 tb Corn oil
2 Garlic cloves, crushed
1 1/2" piece ginger root,
-peeled, chopped 1 c Popping corn
1/4 c Butter
2 ts Hot chili sauce
2 tb Chopped fresh parsley
Salt to taste Heat oil in a saucepan. Add 1 clove of crushed garlic, ginger and popping corn. Stir well. Cover and cook over medium-high heat 3-5 minutes, holding lid firmly and shaking pan frequently until popping stops. Turn popped corn onto a dish, discarding any unpopped corn kernels. Melt butter in pan. Stir in remaining clove of crushed garlic and chili sauce. Return corn to pan and toss well until evenly coated with mixture. Add parsley and salt and stir well. Turn into a serving dish. Serve warm or cold. VARIATION: Omit chili sauce and add 1 teaspoon dry mustard, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander and 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives to melted butter.

Receta Pochoclos Picantes ????????
Mezcla especias
1 Cucharada de Merken Toro (o Pimentón si no te gusta lo ahumado)
1 Cucharadita de sal
1 Cucharadita de Ají Molido Toro (ojo que es muy picante)
Mezcla Líquida
1 Cucharada de Azúcar
2 Cucharadas de Tapatío
2 Cucharadas de Aceite de Oliva
Para hacer los pochoclos cubris el fondo aceite de oliva (lo justo y necesario)
Esperás 90 segundos a que se caliente el aceite, podés agregar ahora 2 granos de maíz, cuando exploten quiere decir que el aceite está caliente y podés agregar el resto. Acá usé 1/3 de taza.
Pones fuego medio y esperas a que las explosiones se separen por más de 1 segundo.
Apagas el fuego y destapas apenas puedas para que no se humedezcan (con cuidado al remover la tapa para que no le caiga el agua condensada a los pochoclos).
Agregas primero la mezcla líquida, removes bien.
Después la mezcla de especias, removes bien
Listo, tenes unos increíbles pochoclos picantes
