Karen Mintzias 6 lg Sweet peppers 1 md Onion; coarsely chopped Salt & pepper to taste 3 tb Vinegar (more if desired) 1/4 c Olive oil Oregano Bake peppers in hot 450 F oven for about 20 minutes or until wilted and soft. Remove seeds and outer skin. Cut in pieces and place in a bowl. Add onion, salt and pepper. Mix vinegar and olive oil and add to peppers. Sprinkle with oregano. Adjust seasonings if necessary. Сегодня предлагаю приготовить Шикарную закуску из помидоров ! Такая Закуска из помидоров получается очень вкусная и сочная ! Очень вкусный Маринад ! Вам обязательно захочется повторить !
Ингредиенты : Помидоры - 3 шт Лук - 1 шт ( крупный) Болгарский перец - 2 шт ( крупные ) Чеснок - 3 зубца Растительное масло - 60 мл Бальзамический уксус - 30 мл ( можно заменить на яблочный или винный уксус или сок 1 лимона ) Сахар - 1 ст л Соль - 1 ч л Черный перец - 1 ч л Красный перец - по вкусу Итальянские травы : 1 ч л Зелень – Петрушка Приготовление : Помидоры нарезать на дольки. Лук нарезать на полукольца и разделать руками. Болгарский перец очистить и нарезать на средние кубики. Зелень – Петрушка , мелко нарезать. В чаше блендра перебить : часть болгарского перца , чеснок, Сахар , Соль , Черный перец, Красный перец , Бальзамический уксус, Растительное масло, Итальянские травы, Зелень Выкладываем Закуску слоями : помидоры , лук, болгарский перец петрушка и маринад ! Ставим сверху тарелку, груз и убираем в холодильник на 1-2 часа. Получается очень сочно и вкусно ! Всем приятного аппетита !
