Quick Prep Cooking with Your Instant Pot | Stefanie Bundalo | Talks at Google
The Instant Pot® has been the biggest game changer in the kitchen when it comes to getting quick, delicious meals on the table and author Stefanie Bundalo makes it even easier with her new cookbook, QUICK PREP COOKING WITH YOUR INSTANT POT, offering 75 recipes for time-pressed home cooks that require just fifteen minutes or less of prep work.
“In this day and age, given the pressures of everyday life, it feels like a blessing to weasel out twenty minutes for a meal,” Stefanie writes in the introduction. “Lucky for you, with this book, all I am asking for is fifteen minutes or less. That is all you need to make a fun, tasty, and easy meal.”
All cravings are covered with chapters such as Fuss-Free Meats & Mains and Comforting Carbs, including classics such as Blackened Whole Faux-sted Chicken, Sausage & Peppers Rotini and Sped-up Classic Chipotle Carnitas Tacos, as well as inventive meals like Korean BBQ Beef Lettuce Wraps, Everything Bagel, Cream Cheese Sausage & Egg Casserole, Green Chili Macaroni & Pimiento Cheese, and Sesame-Honey Mustard Shishito Peppers.
Stefanie Bundalo is the founder of Sarcastic Cooking. Her recipes have been featured on Self.com, and she’s worked with a number of liquor companies such as Wave Vodka and Buffalo Trace Distillery to produce recipes that highlight their products. She lives in the Chicago area with her husband and children.

WW - Zucchini Casserole 3 pts
Trying out a zucchini recipe I found on Skinnytaste.com. The recipe makes 12 servings and each serving is 3 points. You will need 4 c grated zucchini, 1 grated small onion, 1 c Bisquick, 1/4c parmesean cheese, 1/4 c olive oil, 3 egg whites, 1 egg, 1 capfull salt free all purpose seasoning, 2 tsp Vegetable Magic. This was my first time making this and after tasting it, I will be adding this to the side dish lineup.
Hope you all enjoy and thank you for watching. As always please like and sub if you would like to see more, or send me a PM. Peace and blessings.
