Simple Style Egg Omelette & Pineapple Breakfast
No butter but few drops of oil.
Not too many ingredients
Simple and quick
I would consider this Hawaiian breakfast omelette to be a healthy choice, because it’s got no added butter (can use few drops of oil or oil spray) and is made with local free range eggs.
The pineapple adds a bit of healthy sweetness to the breakfast combo.
It’s naturally gluten free and low carb, too. So, overall this healthy omelette is a healthy breakfast.

Egg omelette
An egg omelette, often simply referred to as an omelette, is a popular and versatile dish made primarily from beaten eggs that are cooked with various fillings and seasonings. It is a classic breakfast item but can be enjoyed at any time of the day. Here's a basic description of an egg omelette:
Ingredients:
Eggs: Typically, two or more eggs are used, depending on the desired size and thickness of the omelette.
Fillings: Omelettes can be customized with a variety of ingredients, such as cheese, diced vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, mushrooms), cooked meats (e.g., ham, bacon, sausage), herbs (e.g., parsley, chives), and spices (e.g., salt, pepper).
Butter or oil: Used for greasing the pan and preventing the omelette from sticking.
Preparation:
Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them with a fork or whisk until the yolks and whites are well combined. Some people add a splash of milk or cream to make the omelette fluffier, but this is optional.
Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat and add a small amount of butter or oil to coat the bottom.
Pour the beaten eggs into the hot pan, swirling them around to ensure an even distribution.
As the eggs start to set on the bottom, use a spatula to gently lift the edges of the omelette and tilt the pan to let the uncooked eggs flow to the edges.
Once the eggs are mostly set but still slightly runny on top, add your choice of fillings evenly over one half of the omelette.
Serving:
Carefully fold the other half of the omelette over the fillings, creating a half-moon or crescent shape.
Cook for a little longer until the omelette is fully set and lightly golden on the outside.
Carefully slide the omelette onto a plate, using the spatula to assist if needed.
Garnish with additional herbs or cheese, if desired.
Serve hot, either folded in half or rolled, depending on your preference.
Egg omelettes are highly customizable, and you can experiment with different ingredients to suit your taste. They are often served with a side of toast, hash browns, or a salad. Omelettes are a nutritious and filling meal, providing protein from the eggs and a variety of vitamins and minerals from the fillings.
