Two Amazing Barbecue Sauce Recipes
Let's make Barbecue Sauce. I have two recipes for you. Pick and choose.
For the first recipe, you will need:
1 cup of ketchup, I used spicy ketchup
1/4 cup of yellow mustard
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 apple cider vinegar or red wine vinegar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp celery seed
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
For the second recipe:
140 g tomato paste
2 tbsp molasses
2 tbsp yellow mustard
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp mustard powder
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp black pepper

What's the best BBQ sauce in the world? Well I'm going to bias here and say mine is. I'm pretty picky when it comes to my sauce and this one I've been making for a long time and everyone asks for some to take home. Now you can make it yourself and try it.
So what is the #1 sauce? Hopefully after trying this recipe you'll come back and tell me mine is.
How do you make BBQ sauce taste better? By using ingredients that work well with each other, none of them should be so over powering that you cannot taste the others. Some sweetness, a bit of tang and a little heat and you are on your way to BBQ sauce heaven.
