2 3/8 lb Beef; diced 1" (Raw) 1 tb Soy sauce 2/3 c Canned crushed tomatoes 5 oz Onions;chopped 1 1/2 oz Green onions; chopped 1 oz Banana peppers; chopped 1 1/2 ts Garlic; minced 2 1/2 ts Black pepper 1 ts Tabasco sauce 2 ts Allspice 1/2 ts Salt 1/2 ts Thyme Trim fat from meat. Mix all other ingredients. Marinate meat in mixture 24 hours in fridge. Drain most of marinade. Saute meat with a little of marinate until brown and cooked. Serve with fluffy white rice.

900g de Lagarto 4 Colheres de sopa de Molho Inglês 1 Colher de sopa de Molho Shoyu 1 Colher de Chá de Cebola em pó (pode usar meia cebola picada ou ralada) 1 Colher de Chá de Alho em pó (pode usar 4 dentes de alho picado ou expremido) 1 Colher de Chá de Sal fino 1 Saco ou Tijela para o marinado
Modo de preparo:
Remova o excesso de gordura do lagarto e corte a carne em bifes de 1 dedo de grossura depois em tiras de meio dedo de grossura.
Coloque em uma vasilha ou saco próprio para marinar com todos os temperos e deixe marinando na geladeira por 24 horas ou no mínimo 2 horas!
Após esse tempo tire do marinado e seque bem o excesso de marinado das carnes usando um papel toalha.
Coloque para assar indiretamente por 3 a 4 horas (ou mais) dependendo da sua churrasqueira ou forno!
Sirva quando chegar na temperatura ambiente ou quente mesmo rsrs
dura 1 semana na geladeira guardado em pote fechado!
