How To make Jerk Chicken Wings
1 c Soy sauce
1/2 c Red wine vinegar
1/2 c Vegetable oil
1 ea Medium onion, diced
1/4 c Fresh thyme leaves or 1 Tbs
2 tb Fresh ginger, minced
1/4 c Brown sugar
2 ts Ground nutmeg
2 ts Ground cloves
2 ts Ground allspice
12 ea Chicken wings
6-8 ea green onions, chopped
2-4 ea Scotch Bonnet (habanero) or
3-6 ea jalapeno peppers, seeded & minced
In a food processor fitted with a steel blade, combine all the ingredients except the chicken wings. Process for 10 to 15 seconds at high speed. Pour the marinade into a bowl and add the wings. Refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours, stirring after 3 hours. Preheat the oven to 375 F. Remove the wings from the marinade and place them on a rack on a baking sheet. Bake until they are browned, 15 to 20 minutes.
Arrange the chicken wings on leaf lettuce and serve immediately with cold beverages. Nutritional Info: Serving: 1 wing 225 calories, 12 grams protein, 10 grams carbohydrate 16 gram fat, 1408 mg sodium, 29 mg cholesterol.

JAMAICAN JERK CHICKEN #wings RECIPE INGREDIENTS :
12 wings
1 tbsp. Jerk Seasoning powder mix (Mild) Optional
3 tbsp. jerk seasoning mix(mild)
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp Jamaican Browning (as needed)
1 tablespoon all purpose seasoning
1 tbsp. chicken seasoning
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp vinegar
Make sauce
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp corn starch
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar

marinade:
2 bunch scallions
1 large onion
1 habanero pepper
10 sprigs thyme plucked
10 garlic cloves
1/3 cup lime
1/3 cup orange juice
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 TBSP malt vinegar
1 cinnamon stick
1/2 nutmeg
1 TBSP coriander
1 tsp black pepper
1 TBSP all spice
green onions for garnish
20 chicken wings
corn starch mix:
1 cup corn starch
3 TBSP onion powder
1 TBSP garlic powder
1 TBSP all spice powder
vegetable oil for frying.

INGREDIENTS for jerk chicken wings
12-15 wings (cleaned with lime, lemon, vinegar)
6 garlic cloves
1/3 cup yellow onion
3 tbsp thyme (removed from the stem)
1/3 cup scallion
ginger however much you want to add in
2 scotch bonnet pepper ( white membrane and seed removed)
1 tsp ground thyme
1 tsp ground black pepper
2 tbsp allspice
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp light brown sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 whole lemon juice
salt to taste
3 tbsp oil
Marinate chicken for 8 hours bake for 20 minutes then take it out of the oven coat the left over marinating on the chicken, bake again for 15-20 mintues

Honey Jerk Chicken Wings|| Baked Jerk Wings||Jerene'sEats
Hey foodies! These Honey Jerk Marinated wings are guaranteed to make your belly happy! Authentic Jerk in Jamaica is done on pimento wood, thankfully we are able to enjoy the JERK FLAVOUR BY using delicious JERK MARINADES.
You may control the amount of heat by choosing your jerk seasoning wisely. Most brands will offer mild, medium or hot and spicy. I enjoy medium heat the most and I usually use one of the following Wet Jerk seasonings
1. My own
2. Grace foods
3. Walkerswood
4. Jerk Central

✅Recipe info:
Oven Temperature: 425F
Cooking time: 45 - 60 minutes depending on wing size
Baste every 15 minutes.
Turn on Broiler for the last 2 - 3 minutes for deeper caramelization on the wings if you desire.
If the foil wrap is drying out or starting to burn a bit...pull the baking tray out and pour some water in and then continue to bake the wings.
INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs split wings, rinsed in vinegar and cool water then pat dried
1/2 tbsp Olive oil

✅Dry powder Seasoning mixture:
2 tsps Maggi chicken seasoning or your favourite Jerk powdered seasoning
2 tsps Garlic powder
2 tsps Onion powder
1/2 tsp Ginger Powder
1/4 tsp Allspice powder
1 tsp Paprika
Salt and Black pepper to taste

2 tbsps Jerk wet seasoning/ marinade
1 tbsp Honey
1 tsp or more green seasoning
1 tsp fancy mollasses

2 tsps unsalted butter
1/4 cup Honey
1 - 2 tsps Soy sauce
