How To make Honey Roasted Chicken
3 Tablespoons FILIPPO BERIO Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons orange juice
2 Tablespoons honey
1 1/4 Teaspoons paprika
2 1/2 Pounds chicken quarters
Preheat oven to 425F. In small bowl, whisk together olive oil, orange juice, honey and paprika. Brush chicken pieces generously with olive oil mixture. Arrange chicken in roasting pan. Roast 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 400F. Baste chicken again with olive oil mixture. Roast chicken, basting occasionally, 30 to 40 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center and juices run clear. Makes 4 servings Formatted by Carole Walberg

The Perfect Herb Honey Roasted Chicken (Easy Recipe)
Garlic, herbs and Nate’s pure honey combine to make this the ultimate roasted chicken. Ready in about 90 minutes, this dish is perfect for when you need a hearty family meal or want to make-ahead chicken to eat all week! Enjoy!
Ingredients
● 1 whole roasting chicken, around 3-4 lbs
● 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
● 2 tablespoons honey
● 2 teaspoons lemon pepper
● 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
● 2 teaspoons garlic powder
● 1 tablespoon kosher salt
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 450℉. Place your chicken in a 9”x13” pan, then pat dry with paper
towels.
2. Whip together the butter, honey, lemon pepper, italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt.
Rub thoroughly over the entire chicken.
3. Roast for 10 minutes at 450℉, uncovered.
4. Turn your oven temperature down to 350℉, then roast for an additional 50-60 minutes, or
until the internal temperature of the chicken breast reaches 160℉. Put foil over the
chicken legs about halfway through, to prevent overcooking while the rest cooks.
5. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes to cool before cutting and serving.

INGREDIENTS
3 BONE IN SKIN ON CHICKEN THIGHS
2 chicken legs
1 tsp oregano
salt & pepper to taste ( i used about, slightly less than 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper to season the chicken.)
1/2 Tbs olive oil to season the chicken
1 medium onion
4 huge cloves of garlic
a handful of freshly chopped parsley
1 cup of baby carrots
4 large gold potatoes
2 Tbs olive oil, to sear the chicken
1 Tbs butter
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
3 Tbs soy sauce
2 Tbs lemon juice
1 Tbs brown sugar
1 Tbs dijon mustard

ONE-PAN HONEY GARLIC CHICKEN
Servings: 4-6
INGREDIENTS
6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
3 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon brown sugar
¼ cup honey
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 pound green beans
PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 400˚F/200˚C.
2. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
3. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a large ovenproof skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, skin-side down, and sear both sides until golden brown. (The skin side will take much longer, in order to properly render the fat and crisp up the skin.)
4. Remove chicken thighs and set aside. Pour out any excess fat, but leave some in for the sauce.
5. Add garlic, stir until fragrant, then add brown sugar, honey, thyme, and oregano, and stir. Reduce heat to low.
6. Return chicken to the skillet. Coat the chicken in the sauce.
7. Add green beans to skillet.
8. Bake for 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
9. Enjoy!
