How To make Honey Nut Peanut Cookies
3/4 Cup Sugar
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar -- Firmly Packed
1 Cup Roasted Honey-Nut Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Butter
Softened
2 Eggs
1 1/2 Cups Pillsbury Best Flour
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1 1/2 Cups Honey Roasted Peanuts :
Chopped
1. Heat oven to 350*F. In large bowl, combine sugars, peanut butter and butter; beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs; blend well. 2. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. Add flour and baking soda; mix well. Stir in peanuts. Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. 3. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 1 minute; remov e from cookie sheets.
3 dozen cookies.

PEANUT BUTTER COOKIE RECIPE
(makes 12 cookies)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup natural peanut butter (125g)
1/4 cup honey or agave (60ml)
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce (65g)
1 cup ground oats or oat flour (100g)
1.5 tbsp cornstarch or tapioca starch
1 tsp baking powder
NUTRITIONAL INFO (per cookie):
107 calories, fat 2.3g, carb 19.9g, protein 2.4g
Preparation:
In a bowl, add room temperature peanut butter, your sweetener and applesauce, beat with the mixer for 1 minute.
Add half of the oats, cornstarch and baking powder, and gently mix it in, until the dough starts to form.
Add the rest of the oats and mix until everything comes together.
If the dough is too sticky to work with, place the cookie dough in the freezer for 5 minutes.
Scoop the cookie dough (35-40 grams) and roll with your hands, you'll end up with 12 equal balls.
Flatten a bit and transfer to a lined baking tray.
Using a fork, press down each cookie to create authentic criss cross marks.
Bake cookies at 350F (180C) for 10 minutes.
Let it cool on a baking sheet for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
When completely cool, serve and enjoy with your favorite milk.

No Bake Peanut Butter Cookies
A new variation of the classic no bake cookie: Peanut Butter No Bakes! These are all peanut butter without any chocolate - they're so easy and don't need an oven. They've been called the BEST cookies EVER by tasters!

INGREDIENTS
½ cup (113g) unsalted butter diced
1 ¾ cups (350g) granulated sugar
½ cup (118ml) nonfat milk
½ cup (133g) creamy peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon salt
3 cups (243g) quick cooking oats
INSTRUCTIONS
Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
It’s very important that all your ingredients are measured and ready to go before you start and make sure you’ve read the directions before making these cookies. The process goes fast!
Melt the butter in a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the sugar and milk. Whisk until smooth then bring to a boil and cook for about 1 ½ minutes, stirring occasionally. NOTE: you MUST boil them long enough or they will not set. To be sure of this, boil the mixture until it reaches 230°F on a candy or instant read thermometer. If you do not have a thermometer, this will take about 1 ½ minutes on medium heat.
Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter, salt, vanilla, and oats.
Use a cookie scoop to drop 2 tablespoon size balls of cookie mixture onto the prepared baking sheets. Let sit to set or chill to harden quicker.

I'M A FATTY AND I CAN'T COOK VERY WELL. I admit it lol. So if this describes you as well then this recipe is perfect for you! These 3-ingredient cookies are literally fool proof. It's pretty hard to mess it up. And it only took me 20 minutes to put this together! So for you LAZY people out there I GOTCHU!
And they're low cal too! Each cookie came out to be ~93 calories WHICH IS CRAZZZZY. So if you're trying to get your summer bod ready and not get fat during this quarantine then this is perfect for you!!
They are also gluten-free and vegan so friendly for everyone and if you're allergic to peanut butter then feel free to sub it out with an alternative nut butter like almond butter.
Recipe:
- 2 Packet of Instant Oatmeal
- 1 Banana
- 2 spoons of peanut butter
You can adjust the recipe however you like. If it's too wet then add more oats. If it's too dry then add more banana or peanut butter. It's up to you.
