Herb Marinated Shrimp #shorts
15 shrimp
1 tbsp dried parsley
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp basil
½ salt
3 tbsp olive oil
Combine 1 tbsp oil, spices and herbs together in a bowl.
Add shrimp and mix well to marinate.
Heat the remainder of the oil in a pan and fry shrimp on each side for 3-5 minutes

Grilled shrimp with garlic herb compound butter
1lb of raw shrimp, shelled and deveined
3 garlic cloves
A small handful of fresh chives, parsley, and basil- minced
3 TBS salted butter, softened
Zest of ½ lemon
Lemon wedges
Red pepper flakes
Salt
Pepper
Olive Oil
Bread for dipping
HOW TO
1. Preheat the grill to 350 degrees.
2. For the compound butter, in a large bowl, add butter, garlic, herbs, red pepper flakes, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
3. In another large bowl add shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle olive oil over the shrimp and toss to coat.
4. Grill the shrimp for about 1-2 min per side. Add the shrimp directly to the bowl with the compound butter and toss to combine. Squeeze fresh lemon over the top and serve with grilled bread for dipping in the butter!
