How To make Grilled Peaches and Berries
Large ripe peaches Blueberries Brown sugar Lemon Juice Wash, peel and halve the peaches, removing pit. Place each half on a double thickness of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Fill peach halves generously with fresh or frozn blueberries. Sprinkle 2 teaspoons brown sugar and 1 teaspoon lemon juice on each. Wrap securely. Cook on grill 18-20 minutes turning once. Serve right out of the foil. Can also be baked in the oven and served in stemmed glasses to dress up a meal. Bake in foil or glass dish for about 15 minutes at 350 degrees or until peaches are done. Allow 1/2 peach per serving.

DIRECTIONS:
Halve and pit 5-6 peaches.
In a bowl, mix at LEAST 2 tablespoons of olive oil, cinnamon, brown sugar and maple syrup or honey. Stir together.
Brush the mixture on the inside of your peach and place it inside down on a grill pan, which you’ve already set to medium- high to high heat.
Brush the glaze on the outside as well because you’ll flip these.
Cook for about 3 minutes before checking to flip.
When you’ve flipped your peaches, cover them with a lid. Another 3 minutes then they should be done.
Top with vanilla ice cream and use the remainder of your glaze to drizzle on top.

Use your farmer’s market peaches in this savory summer dish. Grilling the peaches brings out their natural sugars, sweetening them up even more for the perfect salad topping ????????CLICK FOR THE RECIPE????????
✨RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS✨
INGREDIENTS:
Grilled peach salad
2 peaches, sliced into wedges
1 tablespoon olive oil
8 ounces leafy greens (we used a mix of arugula, spinach and butter lettuce)
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion (about 1/4 a large red onion)
1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced lengthwise
2 medium avocados, diced
4 ounces goat cheese (could swap for feta cheese)
1/3 cup raw unsalted pistachios, roughly chopped
Basil vinaigrette
1/2 cup olive oil or avocado oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 1/2 tablespoon raw honey
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
2 tablespoons fresh chopped basil
