500g lamb mince
1 small red onion, grated
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp sumac
1/2 tsp sweet paprika
1 tbsp chopped fresh mint (or parsley)
Serve with lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese and hommus
