20 oz Frozen raspberries,
In pouches 2 Chicken bouillon cubes or
2 pk Instant chicken broth
1 1/4 c Boiling water
1/2 c Pineapple juice
2 T Sugar
1/2 c Commercial sour cream
1. To thaw raspberries, place pouches in Microwave Oven and heat,
uncovered, 1 minute. Allow to stand 1 minute and then heat an additional 1 minute. Allow to stand 1 minute to distribute the heat. If not completely thawed, heat an additional minute. 2. Pour thawed berries and juice into the container of a blender
and blend until smooth. Berries may also be pressed through a sieve or food mill. 3. In a large, heat-resistant, non-metallic bowl, combine chicken
bouillon, water, pineapple juice and sugar; stir until dissolved. 4. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 2 minutes. Stir in
raspberries. 5. Chill several hours or overnight.
6. Serve garnished with a dollop of sour cream.

Learn how to make a tropical fruit soup with our online culinary school chef in this tutorial video.
TROPICAL FRUIT SOUP RECIPE:
Ingredients
4 ripe mangoes
1 ½ cups coconut milk
Flesh from 1 young coconut
1 cup plain yogurt
Zest of 1 lime
2 tbsp honey
1 dragon fruit
1 cup pineapple juice
3 cups chopped pineapple
Mint leaves
Preparation
1. Peel and pit three mangoes and roughly chop. Place in a blender along with the pineapple chunks and coconut. Add coconut milk, yogurt, honey and pineapple juice. Puree until you get a very smooth soup. Add half the lime zest.
2. Strain the soup mixture into a bowl and discard the stringy parts. Chill for a couple hours before serving.
3. Cut the last mango and dragon fruit into small cubes and serve on the side to garnish the soup. When ready to serve, pour into cold serving bowls and garnish with mango, dragon fruit segments and lime zest. You can also use shredded coconut, edible flowers and other tropical fruit.

Pumpkin soup anyone?
Ingredients:
•250 gms Pumpkin
•1 big onion
•3-4 garlic cloves
•salt
•1 tbsp olive oil
•1 cup vegetable stock
Instructions:
•Cut the pumpkin into cubes and add it to a baking tray.
•Add the onion, garlic cloves and toss some salt and olive oil, and coat well.
•Bake it at 200 degrees for 20-25 mins or till the pumpkin is soft
•Let this cool.
•Now add this to the Power Blender and add the vegetable stock
•Blend it using the soup function
•Once done add it to a bowl and garnish with some fresh cream and coriander seeds
