How To make Frozen Apple Sauce and Fruit Cup
1 c MOTTS Chunky or Regular
-Apple Sauce 10 oz Pkg frozen strawberries,
-thawed 11 oz Can mandarin orange
-segments, drained 1 c Grapes, if desired
2 tb Orange juice concentrate
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Spoon fruit mixture into individual dishes or paper cups. Freeze until firm. Remove from freezer about 30 minutes before serving. 7 (1/2 cup) servings.

Sundried Cherry Apple Sauce
PROCESS:
Peel the apples and remove the cores and seeds.
Cut into chunks and place in a large sauce pan.
Add one cup of water and granulated sugar.
add sun-dried cherries or you could also use sun-dried cranberries.
Cook the apples for about 15-20 minutes over medium heat until the water evaporates and the apples start to resemble apple sauce.
The less you stir the apples the chunkier your applesauce will be.
Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temp.
Store in an air tight storage container.
The applesauce will last in the refrigerator up to seven days or it can be frozen or caned.
To Freeze:
Refrigerate until chilled. Pack chilled applesauce into sturdy freezer-safe containers leaving 1/2-inch from the top and seal.
To Can:
Pack hot applesauce into clean standard canning jars, leaving 1/2-inch headspace.
Seal with 2 piece canning lid and screw band. Process jars for 10 minutes in a boiling water bath.
Remove jars, cool, check seals, label and date.
Store sealed jars away from sunlight in a cool, dry place for up to one year.

INGREDIENTS
• 2 lb chopped apples (skin on)
• ¼ cup water
• 2 cinnamon sticks
• raw sugar (optional)
• lemon juice (optional)
DIRECTIONS
1. Place chopped apples, water, and cinnamon sticks in microwavable dish. Cover and cook on high for 5 minutes. Stir and cook for another 5 minutes.
2. Place apples (and any remaining liquid but NOT the cinnamon sticks) in blender. Leave cap slightly open and cover with a towel so steam can escape but mess cannot. Blend on high until smooth.
3. Add sugar and lemon if extra flavor is need, allowing sugar to melt in hot apples.

• 12 ounces fresh cranberries
• ½ cup water
• 1 cup sugar
✅Instructions
1️⃣ Rinse cranberries and discard any that are soft.
2️⃣ In a medium saucepan combine cranberries, water, and sugar. Stir to combine. Cover and cook over medium heat until mixture boils and cranberries start to pop.
3️⃣ Transfer mixture to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth, or pulse to leave chunks.
4️⃣ Allow mixture to cool down before serving.

???? Cran-Orange Cranberry Sauce ????
Replace water with orange juice. Replace half of the sugar with brown sugar.
????️ Spicy Jalapeno Cranberry Sauce ????️
Replace water with orange juice. Once cranberries start to pop, add in 1 to 2 sliced jalapenos and let cook two minutes before proceeding with blending the sauce.
???? Cran-Apple Cranberry Sauce ????
Replace water with apple juice.
???? Pineapple Cranberry Sauce ????
Replace water with one 16-ounce can of pineapple chunks, undrained.
???? Red Wine Cranberry Sauce ????
Replace water with 1/2 cup red wine + 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
???? Spiced Cranberry Sauce ????
Replace the sugar with brown sugar and add in 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice, and 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves. For even more flavor, replace water with orange juice.
???? Orange Ginger Cranberry Sauce ????
Replace water with orange juice and add 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger in with sugar.
???? Chipotle Cranberry Sauce ????
Once cranberries start to pop, add in 1/2 to 1 chipotle in adobo sauce (not 1 whole can). Let cook 2 minutes before transferring to a blender.
