How To make Fresh Fruit Pizza
1 Milk Pizza dough
1/3 Cup Raisins
6 Tablespoons Sugar
2 Tablespoons Flour
6 Tablespoons Milk
2 Eggs
1 Tablespoon Grated lemon rind
2 Golden or Red Delicious Apples, cored
sliced 2 Bosc pears, cored :
sliced
6 Tablespoons Pine nuts
Make pizza dough. Preheat oven to 450F. If using a baking stone or tiles, place in the oven now. In a small bowl soak the raisins in water to cover for 30 minutes.
In a mixing bowl vigorously stir the sugar and flour into the milks until fully dissolved. Add the eggs and whisk until well blended and a thick cream forms. Stir in the lemon rind.
Roll out the pizza dough and cover with the apple and pear slices, alternating them and arranging them in attractive patterns. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the top. Drain the raisins; scatter them and the pine nuts on top. Transfer the pizza to the oven and bake for 10 minutes. reduce the oven temperature to 400F and bake until the crust is golden, about 10 minutes.
Serve immediately

Dough:
1 3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup butter
4 oz cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla
Cream cheese frosting:
8 oz cream cheese
2 tbsp butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Fruit:
Kiwi
Strawberries
Blueberry
Raspberry

1. In a food processor, add 1 3/4 cup flour, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 1/2 cup of cold cubed unsalted butter, 4 oz cream cheese (also cut in cubes) and then a 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
2. Now snap the lid on and begin pulsing the blades. You’ll want to do about 5ish pulses or until the butter gets down to the size of a pea.
3. Now add the dough into a large bowl and begin working it into a ball using your hands. It might not come together at first but have patience. Keep working it in and it will take shape as the butter slowly warms up.
4. Now place your dough onto a sheet of plastic wrap and shape it into a disk. cover the plastic wrap around it and place it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
5. Meanwhile, begin working on the cream cheese frosting. In a large bowl, add 8 oz softened cream cheese, 2 tbsp of softened unsalted butter, 1 cup of powdered sugar, and 1 tsp of vanilla extract
6. Using an electric mixer beat all the ingredients together until it’s all well combined. Then set it aside.
7. Now take your dough out of the refrigerator, remove the plastic wrap and place it on a well-floured surface.
8. Then add another generous sprinkle of flour on top and begin rolling it out using a rolling pin. Roll it out to about 14 inches in diameter. The. transfer your dough into a pizza pan.
9. Generously poke the dough with a fork. Then bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
10. Once the sugar cookie crust has cooled Evelyn spread the cream cheese frosting on top.
11. Now add the sliced strawberries, kiwi, raspberries, and blueberries on top. Eat within a few hours.
