Crock-pot Pineapple chicken Recipe
Ingredients
2-3 chicken breast
1 onion
1 can of pineapple chunks (in juice not syrup)
2tsp of soy sauce (i used lite soy sauce)
1/2 cup of chicken broth
Cut a whole onion and place it in the bottom of the crock pot. Then lay 2-3 chicken breast on top of onion. Pour 1 can of pineapple and its juice in the crock pot. Then add 2tbsp of soy sauce and 1/2 cup of chicken broth. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 7 hours.
I used 2 chicken breast and made it 3 servings and it came out to be 356 calories for this dish. I added brown rice and asian stir fry for a total of 654 calories.

Recipe: Slow Cooker Crock Pot BBQ Barbecue Chicken 3 Ingredients

3 or 4 frozen chicken breasts
1 container bbq sauce
1 can crushed pineapples, drained
Cook on low for 6 hours, pull apart meat with two forks
Serve on hamburger buns or serve by itself.
