Here is what you'll need!
BBQ Chicken Corn Dogs
Servings: 3
INGREDIENTS
2 cups shredded chicken
1 cup barbecue sauce
1 cup flour
1 cup cornmeal
¼ cup sugar
4 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 egg
1 cup milk
Oil, for frying
Barbecue sauce
PREPARATION
In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the barbecue sauce.
On a baking sheet, portion the BBQ chicken into 3 logs and place a skewer through the chicken.
Freeze for 1 hour, or until solid.
In a bowl, whisk the flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking soda, salt, and pepper.
Add the egg and milk, and mix until combined. Set aside for 20 minutes.
Pour mixture into a cup.
In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat oil to 350°F/180°C.
Remove the chicken from the freezer and gently loosen the chicken from the sheet with a fork.
Dip the chicken skewer into the cornmeal batter until completely coated.
Place corndog into the oil and fry for 3-5 minutes, or until golden brown.
Place on a paper towel to drain.
Serve with BBQ sauce, and enjoy!

Homemade Barbecue Sauce
Chef Jason Hill shares his homemade barbecue sauce recipe in this episode of Chef Tips. This easy homemade barbecue sauce calls for a dry spice mix of:
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon Hungarian paprika
1 teaspoon turmeric or Coleman's dry mustard
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves (optional)
1/4 cup brown sugar
followed by
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons molasses
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Jason's garlic shallot purée (or 2 cloves mashed garlic)
1 teaspoon coarsely ground cracked black pepper
Mix well, and place this simple barbecue sauce in a pot. Cook over low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally and keeping care that it doesn't burn. Allow to cool completely in the refrigerator, allowing flavors a few hours to meld. Store in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks.

BBQ Sauce - Yogurt sauce and Thousand Island Dressing

Ingredients:
BBQ Sauce:
-Tomato ketchup ½ Cup
-Brown sugar powdered 3 tbs
-Sirka (Vinegar) ½ tsp
-Worcestershire sauce 2 tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Mustard powder 1 tsp
-Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke
Thousand Island Sauce:
-Mayonnaise 1 Cup
-Tomato ketchup ½ Cup
-Pickled cucumber finely chopped ½ tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) finely chopped 1 tbs
-Chili sauce 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
-Sirka (Vinegar) ½ tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
Garlic Yogurt Sauce:
-Dahi (Yogurt) ½ Cup
-Cream ½ Cup
-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
-Lehsan (Garlic) clove 1
-Cooking oil 2 tsp
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
Directions:
BBQ Sauce:
-In bowl,add tomato ketchup,brown sugar,vinegar,worcestershire sauce,salt,black pepper powder, paprika powder,mustard powder and whisk until well combined.
-Give a charcoal smoke for 2-3 minutes.
-Can be stored in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Thousand Island dressing:
-In bowl,add mayonnaise,tomato ketchup,pickled cucumber,onion,chili sauce,salt,vinegar,black pepper powder and whisk until well combined.
-Can be stored in refrigerator for up to 2-3 days.
Garlic Yogurt Sauce:
-In blender,add yogurt,cream,salt,garlic,cooking oil,lemon juice and blend until well combined.
-Can be stored in refrigerator for up to 2-3 days.

-2-3 din tak refrigerator mein store ker saktay han.
Garlic Yogurt Sauce:
-Blender mein dahi,cream,namak,lehsan,cooking oil aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein.
