Ingredients:
Bread
Sugar
Water
Butter
Milk
Roasted sesame seeds to sprinkle
Take 4 slices of bread and cut them in small cubes.
Now toast them in a pan until brown and crispy.
Take a pan add sugar and water. Cook on medium heat till the sugar melts completely and it gets a light golden colour.
Add butter and mix well.
Add milk and mix well.
Once it gets slightly thick add the toasted bread and mix until well coated.
Enjoy the caramel bread popcorn.

[食材:Ingredient : 재료]
1. 5 Eggs 계란 鸡蛋
2. 200g Sugar 흑설탕 红糖
3. 50g Sugar (For making caramel) (카라멜 시럽용)흑설탕 红糖
4. 1 tbsp water 물 水
5. 250ml Coconut milk 코코넛 밀크 椰浆
6. 1 pcs Pandan leaf 판단잎 班兰叶
7. 1/2 tsp Salt 소금 盐

[Cooking Method]
1. First, beat 5 eggs into a bowl, then add 200 grams of brown sugar and stir evenly.
2. In a small pot, put 50 grams of brown sugar, pour 1 tbsp of water, and slowly boil till amber color syrup over low heat.
3. After the caramel syrup is cooked, set it aside and let it cool down. Slowly add coconut milk. Add while stirring.
4. If coconut milk is added, the syrup became crystallized. Slowly melt the crystallized brown syrup with a very low fire. Cook while stirring. After cooking, set aside and let it cool down for later use.
5. Prepare a pot of warm water and put it on the stove, and put another small container on top of the pot.
6. Pour the egg mixture with brown sugar, and then pour the coconut syrup into the container. Add 1/2 tsp of salt to enhance the flavor. Add 1 pcs of pandan leaf in the pot. Slowly simmer in water over medium and low heat. Cook while stirring. It takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes to cook. Boil the kaya paste till the texture becomes thick.
7. Remember, do not cook on high heat, otherwise the kaya paste will be lumpy.
8. After cooking, pour it into a container and put it in the refrigerator.
9. After 24 hours, the kaya paste will become thicker.
10. At this point, you can spread it on the bread and serve with the cut butter.

1. 먼저 그릇에 계란 5개를 흑설탕 200g을 넣고 골고루 저어줍니다.
2. 작은 냄비에 흑설탕 50g을 넣고 물 1 스푼을 붓고 약한불에서 호박색 시럽이 될 때까지 천천히 끓입니다.
3. 카라멜 시럽이 만들어지면 살짝 식혀준 후, 코코넛 밀크를 조금씩 넣으면서 저어줍니다.
4. 코코넛 밀크를 넣으면 시럽이 굳어질 수 있는데, 그럼 다시 아주 약한불로 굳은 시럽을 천천히 저으면서 녹여줍니다. 다 녹으면 식혀줍니다.
5. 따뜻한 물이 담긴 냄비를 준비하고 냄비 위에 작은 용기를 하나 더 놓습니다.
6. 아까 계란이랑 설탕 섞어 놓은 것과 코코넛밀크 시럽을 용기에 부어 중탕해줍니다. 맛을 내기 위해 소금 1/2 tsp과 판단잎 1장을 넣어주세요. 중약 불로 약 1시간 15분동안 천천히 저으면서 중탕해줍니다. 조금 걸쭉해질 때까지 중탕해 줍니다.
7. 절대 강한 불로 하지 마시고 약한불로 끓여주세요. 강한 불로 하게되면 카야 페이스트가 덩어리집니다.
8. 조리가 끝나면 용기에 담아 냉장고에서 식혀주세요.
9. 24시간이 지나면 카야잼이 잼처럼 되직해집니다.
10. 되직해지면 빵에 펴 바르고 자른 버터를 올려 카야토스트를 만들어 먹을 수 있습니다.

[作法]
1. 先将5 粒鸡蛋打入碗中,然后,加入200克的红糖搅均匀。
2. 在一个小锅内,放入50克红糖,倒入1茶匙的清水,用小火慢慢熬制琥珀色的糖浆。
3.待红糖浆煮好后,隔一旁冷切后,慢慢加入椰浆。一边搅一边加入。
4.如果加入椰浆时,有结晶的红糖浆出现。用非常小的火慢慢将结晶的红糖煮溶化。一边搅一边煮。煮好后,放在一边冷切待用。
5.备好一锅温水放在炉上,锅上放另一个小容器隔水备用。
6. 将加了红糖的·蛋液倒入,再将椰糖浆也倒入容器里。加入1/2 小匙盐提味, 加入绑好的班兰叶。以中小火慢慢的隔水熬煮。一边搅拌一边煮。约需煮1小时15分钟。煮倒酱水变成浓稠状。
7. 切记,不得开大火煮,否则煮出来的咖椰酱会呈现一粒粒块状。
8.煮好后,倒入容器里,放入冰箱冷藏。
9.待24小时后,咖椰酱就会变得更浓稠。
10. 此时,可涂在面包上,配上切好的牛油一块享用。

MILLION DOLLAR POUND CAKE with SALTED CARAMEL SAUCE & BUTTER TOASTED PECANS | Thanksgiving Desert
For the pound cake
3 cups All-purpose flour
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp baking powder
6 eggs
3 sticks butter
8oz cream cheese
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp lemon extract
1 tsp almond extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream
Salted caramel glaze
2 Cups granulated sugar
1.5 sticks butter (3/4 cup)
1.5 cups evaporated milk
1.5 tsp vanilla extract
Butter toasted pecan
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 Tbsp unsalted butter
Preheat oven to 325F and Mix cake batter as directed in the video demonstration.
Bake for 80 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool in the pan for at least 20-30 minutes before inverting it on a cooking rack to cool down completely.
Make the caramel glaze and set aside to cool down in a glass cup/bowl. Toast the pecans and butter for 4 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Glaze the cooled cake and top it off with sliced almonds. Allow the glaze to set and garden for at least 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
