INGREDIENTS:

Cake Batter:
Eggs - 5
Sugar - 200 g
Melted Butter - 200 g
Corn Starch - 50 g
Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp
Baking Powder - 3 tsp
Plain Flour - 2 Cups (320 g)
Fanta - 180 ml
Topping:
Icing Sugar - 1-1/2 Cup
Fanta - 1/4 Cup
Confetti for decoration

El 15 de Noviembre, se celebra el Día Internacional del Bundt Cake, por ello, os traigo este delicioso Bundt Cake de Coca Cola, pero además, he colaborado con otros 12 compañeros para que te encuentres tu receta favorita.

120 gramos de Yogur Natural
Una cucharada de Zumo de Limón
250 ml de Coca Cola
200 gramos de Azúcar Morena
250 gramos de Mantequilla Sin Sal
2 Huevos (130 gramos)
2 cucharaditas de Extracto de Vainilla (Opcional)
300 gramos de Harina de Trigo
50 gramos de Cacao en Polvo Sin Azúcar
2 cucharaditas de Levadura o Polvos de Hornear
1 cucharadita de Bicarbonato
Una pizca de Sal
Glaseado de Coca - Cola: 300 gramos de Azúcar Glas y 2-3 cucharadas de Coca Cola

Lo bueno de este Bundt Cake es que he descubierto que la Coca Cola con el Chocolate encajan a la perfección creando un bundt cake denso y jugoso. Aunque en esta ocasión lo he decorado con un glaseado de Coca Cola, también puedes dejarlo sin ningún tipo de decoración para disfrutar mucho más del sabor intenso del chocolate.

After 20 years of baking, I never thought an eggless VANILLA CAKE could be this good

EGGLESS VANILLA CAKE RECIPE:

I don’t think I’ve ever been as frustrated when recipe testing as I was when it came to trialing out an eggless vanilla cake! ????

Well, I can laugh about it now, because after some drastic changes to the methods I was using, I finally came up with the perfect eggless vanilla cake! It is soft, moist, flavourful and you wouldn’t have a clue that it didn’t have any eggs!

INGREDIENTS:
- 2½ cups (330 g) flour - regular, all purpose
- 2½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ cup (185 g) yoghurt - regular (not Greek), room temperature
- 1½ cups (300 g) white granulated sugar
- 1½ tbsp vanilla essence/extract
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ cup (113 g) unsalted butter
- ¼ cup (50 g) unflavoured vegetable oil - I use canola
- 1 cup (240 g) milk

Bake at 160 °C (320°F) with the fan on for 28 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. If you don't have a fan oven, bake at 175 °C (347°F).

[Simple chocolate buttercream Frosting]
1 tsp = 5 ml, 1 Tbsp = 15 ml, 1 cup = 240 ml

115 g (1/2 cup + 1.5 Tbsp) granulated sugar
55 g (55 ml or 1/4 cup) water
28 g (1/4 cup) cocoa powder
280 g (1+ 1/4cup) unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
