Instant Pot Chuckwagon Pasta
Recipe:
To get my wheels spinning I went to the market and pushed a wagon (cart/buggy) that's seen better days down the aisles, toying with the idea of a pasta dish that would be kid and adult friendly. As the wheels made creaky sounds through the pasta aisle, the answer was right in front of me - wagon wheel pasta!
This one features wagon wheels in a tomato-based meat sauce with a smooth, cheesy finish and is made in your Instant Pot in under 20 minutes with less than 10 ingredients. It's called Chuckwagon Pasta and it's a bandwagon you're about to get on.

The Dutch Oven Beef Stew! Easy and Delicious!
Make this easy and delicious Dutch oven Beef Stew recipe, perfect for the cold winter nights!
Full of flavor and beef so tender, it will melt in your mouth!
Perfect size Dutch oven for whole chicken, bread and stews:
Recipe:
- 800gr/2 pounds/lb of beef, I`ve used from the Chuck part.
- 3 carrots
- 2-3 potatoes
- 2 onions
- Half a cup peas
- Thyme, fresh is best, dry is ok too.
- Fresh parsley
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 2-3 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 cup red wine
- 1 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 cups beef stock/broth, we`ve used water and 2 beef stock cubes.
- Freshly ground pepper
- 65gram/Half a cup flour
After you cut the meat, dust it well with half of the flour, sear it well with oil in the dutch oven and remove it on a plate. In the same pot cook the onions and after 5 min add the garlic. Add the remaining flour and the tomato paste and stir it well. Add the red wine and stir until there is nothing sticking on the bottom of the dutch oven. Add back the meat, add the bay leaves and the smoked paprika. Add water and the beef stock cubes or even better if you have beef stock. Add the thyme and pepper and let it simmer without a lid for 45-50 minutes, then add the chopped carrots and potatoes, place the lid on and cook in a preheated oven 200C/392F for another 45-50 minutes. Add the peas and cook for another 10-15 minutes.

Cowboy Baked Beans
Makes about 10- 12 servings.
6 slices, thick cut bacon
1 (26 oz) can Ranch Style or Chili Beans
1 (28 oz) can Pork ‘n Beans
1 (7 oz.) can chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, chopped
1 medium yellow onion, chopped
1 – 1 ½ tablespoons yellow mustard
1 ½ - 2 cups light brown sugar
1/2-1 cup BBQ sauce
1. Cut the bacon into 1-inch pieces. Add to a skillet and cook over medium-high heat until about ¾ done. Set aside.
2. Using a colander, drain the juices from the beans. Add to a 12-inch Dutch oven.
3. Stir in the chipotle peppers, to taste. Stir in the onion, mustard and brown sugar and BBQ. Adjust taste, if needed.
4. Cook over coals until the mixture reaches a boil, let simmer a few additional minutes and the mixture thickens just slightly. Serve warm with a slotted spoon.
Note: If cooking in the house use an 11x13-inch casserole dish. Cook at 350 degrees F. for about 30 – 40 minutes.
