Taco Bell Cinnamon Delights
Ingredients:
Dinner Roll Dough
Powdered Sugar
Cream Cheese
Butter
Vanilla
Cinnamon
Heavy Whipping Cream
White Granulated Sugar
Directions:
1. Let dough thaw and double in size
2. Cut dough in half and roll into balls
Filling:
3. In a bowl add 4 oz cream cheese, 1 tbsp heavy whipping cream, 3 tbsp butter 1/3 cup powdered sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla, and mix
Tip: if you want it to be sweeter adjust the amount of powdered sugar.
4. Fry dough for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown (tip: flip to ensure each side brown)
Cinnamon Sugar:
6. In a bowl add 1/4 cup of white granulated sugar and 1/2 tbsp of cinnamon, and whisk
7. Roll dinner roll in cinnamon sugar mixture (tip: if the cinnamon sugar mixture don’t stick roll your dinner roll in butter and then roll in cinnamon sugar mixture)
8. Cut a hole in the bottom of the cinnamon balls
9. Using a piping back stuff the cinnamon balls with filling
10. Enjoy!

Relish your taste with mouth watering cheesy chicken balls.
Servings :- 20 Chicken Cheese Balls
Ingredients :-
Half kg boneless chicken
2 teaspoon ginger paste
2 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon green chilli paste
1 teaspoon salt
Half glass Water (for cooking)
1 cup Corn ( optional )
2 tablespoon Coriander
100 gms cheese
Bread
Method :-
1) Clean chicken and cook with ginger, garlic and green chilli paste, salt and water in a pressure cooker for 3 whistles.
2) Open lid and dry out the water on high flame.
3) Add corn and let it cook for few minutes.
4) Turn off flame and let it cool.
5) Shred chicken
6) Add grated cheese and chopped coriander to it and mix.
7) Soak bread slice in water, pat out the excess water, put filling and give shape.
8) Deep fry until crisp golden brown.
Enjoy this heavenly delight with ketchup or dips of your choice!

Cheese Bread Recipe:
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons oil
160 grams cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your preferred type), grated or shredded
30 grams butter, melted
1 cup milk (at room temperature)
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, sugar, and salt. Mix well to evenly distribute the ingredients.
Add Wet Ingredients: Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients. Pour in the milk and oil. Use a spatula or wooden spoon to gradually mix the wet and dry ingredients until a dough forms.
Knead the Dough: Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. If the dough is too sticky, you can add a bit more flour as needed.
Incorporate Cheese: Flatten the dough and sprinkle about half of the grated cheese over the surface. Fold the dough over the cheese and knead gently to distribute the cheese throughout the dough.
First Rise: Shape the dough into a ball and place it back into the mixing bowl. Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel or plastic wrap. Allow the dough to rise in a warm, draft-free place for about 1 to 1.5 hours, or until it has doubled in size.
Shape and Second Rise: Once the dough has risen, punch it down to release the air. Turn it out onto a floured surface. Roll the dough into a rectangle. Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese over the surface. Starting from one end, tightly roll up the dough into a log. Place the rolled dough into the prepared baking pan. Cover the pan and let the dough rise for another 30-45 minutes.
Preparing for Baking: Brush the top of the risen dough with melted butter, ensuring even coverage.
Bake: Place the baking pan in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese bread is golden brown on top and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
Cooling: Once baked, remove the cheese bread from the oven and allow it to cool in the pan for a few minutes. Then, transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
