Cheesy Delights: Quick and Easy Cheese Bread Recipe
Cheese Bread Recipe:
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons oil
160 grams cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your preferred type), grated or shredded
30 grams butter, melted
1 cup milk (at room temperature)
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, sugar, and salt. Mix well to evenly distribute the ingredients.
Add Wet Ingredients: Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients. Pour in the milk and oil. Use a spatula or wooden spoon to gradually mix the wet and dry ingredients until a dough forms.
Knead the Dough: Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. If the dough is too sticky, you can add a bit more flour as needed.
Incorporate Cheese: Flatten the dough and sprinkle about half of the grated cheese over the surface. Fold the dough over the cheese and knead gently to distribute the cheese throughout the dough.
First Rise: Shape the dough into a ball and place it back into the mixing bowl. Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel or plastic wrap. Allow the dough to rise in a warm, draft-free place for about 1 to 1.5 hours, or until it has doubled in size.
Shape and Second Rise: Once the dough has risen, punch it down to release the air. Turn it out onto a floured surface. Roll the dough into a rectangle. Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese over the surface. Starting from one end, tightly roll up the dough into a log. Place the rolled dough into the prepared baking pan. Cover the pan and let the dough rise for another 30-45 minutes.
Preparing for Baking: Brush the top of the risen dough with melted butter, ensuring even coverage.
Bake: Place the baking pan in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese bread is golden brown on top and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
Cooling: Once baked, remove the cheese bread from the oven and allow it to cool in the pan for a few minutes. Then, transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
Serve: Slice the cooled cheese bread and enjoy it as a delicious snack, appetizer, or side dish.
Note: You can customize this recipe by adding herbs, spices, or other ingredients to the dough for extra flavor.

Taco Bell Cinnabon Delights Inspired Doughnut Bite

Doughnut Recipe:
Ingredients
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Oil for deep-fat frying
Confectioners' sugar
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and nutmeg. In a small bowl, combine the egg, milk and butter. Add to dry ingredients and mix well.
In an electric skillet or deep-fat fryer, heat oil to 375°. Drop dough by heaping teaspoonfuls, five or six at a time, into oil. Fry until golden browned, about 1-2 minutes, turning once. Try not to over cook them...Drain on paper towels. Roll warm doughnut holes in confectioners' sugar. Yield: about 3 dozen.

Icing:
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 to 1/3 cup room temperature cream cheese (soft)
(depending on how strong of a cream cheese taste you want)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 + cup milk (add the milk in small amount until you reach the thickness you like)
Combined soft room temp cream cheese with powdered sugar. Work until smooth. Add vanilla...mix... Add small amounts of milk unti you are pleased with the thickness of the glaze. Make sure its not too runny...but not as thick as frosting... (should coat the back of you spoon thick yet still drips lol hope that makes sense
Make icing.... Pour into a pipping bag or a bottle with a nozzle. When filling doughnuts make sure you really work that glaze in there. Move the tip around and sqeeze all over... The doughnut will absorb some of the icing.
Roll in cinnamon and sugar... Best warm...
